Stephen Mackenzie Park CBE (born 24 February 1968) is a Scottish yachtsman and the performance director of British Cycling.
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Stephen Park grew up in Helensburgh, where he attended Hermitage Primary and Hermitage Academy schools provided by Argyll and Bute Council. He completed a BA degree at the Scottish School of Physical Education, part of the University of Strathclyde Faculty of Education. He later completed a Diploma in Management Studies at Newcastle University and an MSc at Loughborough University.
He worked with the British Sailing Team for the Royal Yachting Association from 1997-2016. Appointed as Olympic Manager in 2001, he led the Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Teams to the Games in Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016.
He was appointed performance director of British Cycling in December 2016. [1]
Park was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2008 New Year Honours for services to sailing and Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2022 New Year Honours for services to cycling. [2]

He was chairman of Endemol, a non-executive director of Tesco plc and Virgin Media. In March 2012, he was appointed by Ed Miliband, the leader of the Labour Party, to the position of chairman of the executive board of the party. He has been chairman of the British Red Cross.
Sir David Lee Pearson is a 14-times Paralympic Games gold medallist, having represented British para-equestrianism in Sydney, Athens, Beijing, London, Rio, and Tokyo. Over the course of his career he has won 30 gold medals at European, World and Paralympic level.
Sir David John Brailsford is a British cycling coach. He was formerly performance director of British Cycling and is currently general manager of UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers.
John Halstead Hardman Moore CBE FBA FRSE is an economic theorist. He was appointed George Watson's and Daniel Stewart's Chair of Political Economy at the University of Edinburgh School of Economics in 2000. In 2018 he was appointed the David Hume University Professor at the University of Edinburgh. Previously, in 1983, he was appointed to the London School of Economics, where in 1990 he became Professor of Economic Theory, a position he still holds.
Sir Craig Collins ReedieGBE is a Scottish sports administrator, noteworthy as the former president of the World Anti-Doping Agency, a former chairman of the British Olympic Association (1992–2005) and a vice-president of, and a serving representative on, the International Olympic Committee.
Sir Jason Francis Kenny, is an English former track cyclist, specialising in the individual and team sprints. Kenny is the holder of most Olympic gold medals (7) and medals (9) for a British athlete. His wife, Laura Kenny, holds the same records on the female side, and together they are the most successful married couple in Summer Olympic history where both spouses have won at least one gold medal. Kenny's seven Olympic gold medals place him joint 15th by reference to gold medals won in the Summer Olympic games since 1896.

Dame Laura Rebecca Kenny, Lady Kenny is a British track and road cyclist who specialises in track endurance events, specifically the team pursuit, omnium, scratch race, elimination race and madison disciplines. With six Olympic medals, having won both the team pursuit and the omnium at both the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and madison at the 2020 Olympics, along with a silver medal from the team pursuit at the 2020 Olympics, she is both the most successful female cyclist, and the most successful British female athlete, in Olympic history. Her husband, Jason Kenny, holds the same records on the male side, and together they are the most successful married couple in Olympic history where both spouses have won at least one gold medal.
