For the period between March 4,2014 and the date of the next General election in Kenya,the Nandi County Assembly shall have a Speaker,representatives of the 30 wards of Nandi County and other nominated members representing women,the youth and the disabled members of the society as provided for in the Constitution of Kenya.
Cleophas Lagat is a Kenyan politician and the former Governor of Nandi County,who served from 2013 to 2017. He joined politics after resigning as the Principal of Eldoret Polytechnic in 2012. He had previously held other positions in Kenyan tertiary colleges. He was succeeded by Stephen Sang.
Ochilo George Mbogo Ayacko is a Kenyan politician who has served as the governor of Migori County since August 2022.
