Steve Bell is an American football coach. [1] He is the head football coach at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, a position he has held since the 2015 season. [2] Bell served as the head football coach at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois from 2000 to 2014. [3]

Bob Reade was an American football coach. He served as the head coach at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois from 1979 to 1994, compiling a record of 146–23–1. His Augustana Vikings won four consecutive NCAA Division III Football Championships from 1983 and 1986 and were runners-up in 1982. Reade's teams went unbeaten for 60 straight games between the start of the 1983 season and the second round of the 1987 NCAA Division III playoffs, when Augustana lost to Dayton, 38–36. This remains the record for the longest unbeaten streak in NCAA Division III football history. Reade's teams won or shared 12 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships and he was named conference Coach of the Year nine times. This award is now named in his honor. Reade was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 1998.

Paul Alfred Coldren was an American college football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Washburn University from 1897 to 1898, at Simpson College in 1900, and at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois from 1902 to 1905, compiling a career coaching record of 25–9–4. Coldren played football as a quarterback at the University of Iowa.

Dennis Riccio is a former American football and wrestling coach. He served as the head football coach at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland 1987 to 1991 and at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York from 1992 to 1997, compiling a career college football record of 42–62. Before his stint at Frostburg State, Riccio was the defensive coordinator at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois under head coach Bob Reade from 1983 to 1986, during which time the Augustana Vikings won four consecutive NCAA Division III Football Championships. Ricco played college football at Illinois State University as a linebacker from 1964 to 1966. Riccio also wrestled at Illinois State. He moved to Augusta in 1979 to become head wrestling coach and assistant football coach. He served as head wrestling coach there from 1979 to 1987, tallying a record of 63–56–3.

The Wabash Little Giants are the intercollegiate athletics teams that represent Wabash College, a small private school for men in Crawfordsville, Indiana, United States. The college belongs to the National Collegiate Athletic Association and participates in Division III sports. The Little Giants compete as members of the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC). Despite the college's small enrollment and that it is "not a jock school", the Little Giants have had success in several sports. The most popular among Wabash fans are football and swimming. The Little Giants also have a well-respected cross-country team. In football, Wabash has an important rivalry with DePauw University, and each season they meet for the Monon Bell Classic. Wabash and DePauw compete annually to win the trophy, the Monon Bell, and as of 2015 the two teams have played 122 games in the series with Wabash holding a 60-53-9 advantage.

The Augustana Vikings football team represents Augustana College in college football at the NCAA Division III level. The Vikings are members of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW), fielding its team in the CCIW since 1946 when it was known as the College Conference of Illinois. The Vikings play their home games at Charles D. Lindberg Stadium in Rock Island, Illinois.

He also served as a football official in Big Ten Conference football games.

He is the co-offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach, and running backs coach at Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California, a position he has held since 2021. Cushman served as the head football coach at Eastern Oregon University from 1997 to 2001, Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois from 2011 to 2014, the University of Minnesota Morris from 2015 to 2016, and Occidental College from 2017 until the football program's discontinuation in 2020. Cushman was also the head football coach at Feather River College, a community college in Quincy, California, from 2004 to 2006.

Tom Billeter is an American college basketball coach, currently the head coach at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He previously has been the head coach at North Dakota State University, as well as holding assistant coaching roles at a number of NCAA Division I colleges. He led Augustana to the 2016 NCAA Division II national championship and was named the national coach of the year in that season.

Oliver M. Olson was an American football, basketball, track, and cross country coach. He served as the head football coach at Macalester College (1939–1942), Black Hills Teachers College—now known as Black Hills State University (1946–1947), Beloit College (1948–1949), Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois (1950), and West Liberty University (1957–1958). Olson was also the head basketball coach Augustana during the 1950–51 season and at West Liberty, serving two stints (1953–1957) and (1959–1964), leading his team to one West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) regular season championship (1961) and three conference tournament titles.

Gordon R. Fisher was an American football, basketball, and track coach. He served as the head football coach at North Central College from 1926 to 1942, compiling a record of 69–48–13. Fisher also coached basketball and track at North Central. He was the head track coach at Indiana University Bloomington from 1944 to 1961. At Indiana, he was also and assistant football coach under head coach Bo McMillin. Fisher died on October 8, 1980, at Beverly Manor Nursing Home in Sun City, Arizona.

Oscar Clifford Bell was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois, where he led his team to two successful seasons in 1905 and 1906. His squads recorded a record of 18–1. In 1907, he moved to Kirksville Normal School—now known as Truman State University—in Kirksville, Missouri, where his teams compiled a record of 13–7 in three seasons. Bell played college football for one season, in 1900, at the University of Illinois.

Jim Barnes is a former American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Wooster College in Wooster, Ohio from 1995 to 1999 and his alma mater, Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, from 2000 to 2010, compiling a career college football coaching record of 116–47.

Brad Salem is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the tight ends coach at Memphis. He has previously been an assistant coach at Luther, South Dakota, his alma mater Augustana University, and Michigan State.

Thomas Anthony is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Pittsburg State University, a position he has held since 2024. He also coached for Augustana College, St. Francis, Youngstown State, Miami of Ohio, Lake Erie, Baldwin Wallace, St. Ambrose, Texas Southern, and Western Illinois. He played college football for Iowa State and Augustana College and professionally for the New York Dragons, Albany Conquest, and Quad City Steamwheelers of the Arena Football League (AFL).
