Steve Little is an American actor, comedian and writer, best known for his roles on the shows Camp Lazlo , The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack , Eastbound & Down , Adventure Time , The Grinder , and Haters Back Off . He also used to co-star on the Adult Swim series Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter .
Little was a member of The Groundlings, an improvisational and sketch comedy troupe based in Los Angeles. Veteran animator Joe Murray encountered Little and asked him if he was interested in being a voice actor and decided that Little matched the "Dung Beetle" characters Chip and Skip on Camp Lazlo . [1]
Following a period working as both writer and actor, he starred in the 2011 Todd Rohal film The Catechism Cataclysm . Little also wrote and starred in a Nickelodeon pilot called Cosmic Signals. He has also voiced characters such as Dr. Barber, and Lolly Poopdeck on The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack , as well as The Duke of Nuts, Turtle Princess, Abracadaniel and Peppermint Butler on the Cartoon Network series Adventure Time .
Little plays the recurring character Stevie Janowski, a middle-school band teacher who idolizes and serves as the personal assistant of the main character, Kenny Powers, on the HBO series Eastbound & Down . He hadn't met Danny McBride or the showrunners before auditioning for the role, but the family atmosphere was "very welcoming." After being cast, Little based some of Stevie's mannerisms and emotions on people he went to high school with. [2]
Subsequent to his exposure on Eastbound & Down, he went on to make appearances in series such as 30 Rock and The Office , and Romantic Encounters. [3] [4]
Little co-starred in two of Quentin Dupieux's surreal films, Wrong and Wrong Cops . In 2014, he starred in short film Rat Pack Rat , which won jury award at 2014 Sundance Film Festival. [5] In 2015, he starred as Cleve Menu in the Adult Swim show Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter .
From 2016 to 2017 he acted in the Netflix series Haters Back Off as Miranda Sings' uncle Jim alongside Colleen Ballinger and Angela Kinsey. [6] During that same year he portrayed the character of George in the comedy horror film Another Evil .

Camp Lazlo is an American animated television series created by Joe Murray for Cartoon Network. The series follows Lazlo, an anthropomorphic spider monkey who goes to a camp called "Camp Kidney", a Boy Scout–like summer camp in the Pimpleback Mountains. Lazlo resides in the "Jelly Bean" cabin with his fellow Bean Scouts; Raj, an Indian elephant, and Clam, a pygmy rhinoceros. Lazlo is often at odds with his pessimistic camp leader, Scoutmaster Lumpus the moose, but usually gets along well with the second-in-command, Slinkman the banana slug, and other campers. Camp Kidney sits just across the lake from Acorn Flats, which is home to the campsite of the all-female Squirrel Scouts.

The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is an American animated television series created by Thurop Van Orman for Cartoon Network. The series premiered on June 5, 2008, and ended on August 30, 2010. It stars Van Orman as the voice of Flapjack, a naïve young man who was raised by a whale named Bubbie and is mentored by a crusty old pirate named Captain K'nuckles. Together the trio spend their days in Stormalong Harbor, where most of the show takes place, while getting into mishaps on the search for the elusive Candied Island.

It stars McBride as Kenny Powers, a former professional baseball pitcher who, after a career downturn in the major leagues, is forced to return to his hometown middle school in Shelby, North Carolina, as a substitute physical education teacher.

Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter is an American television series that originally ran as a five episode mini-series on Adult Swim, created by and starring Jon Glaser. The series originally aired consecutively each night between December 7, 2015 and December 11, 2015. Produced by PFFR, the same production company used for Glaser's other projects Delocated and Jon Glaser Loves Gear. The first season was filmed in and around Palisades, New York.
Haters Back Off is an American comedy television series based on the YouTube character Miranda Sings created by Colleen Ballinger. Its two seasons were released on Netflix in October 2016 and 2017, respectively. The "surreal and absurd" series centers around the family life of Miranda Sings, a sheltered, self-absorbed, overconfident and untalented young performer who seeks fame on YouTube. The half-hour episodes depict Miranda's road to fame, and the price she pays for trampling on the feelings of others. The show stars Colleen Ballinger as Miranda, Angela Kinsey as her mother Bethany, Steve Little as her uncle Jim, Francesca Reale as her sister Emily, and Erik Stocklin as her best friend and love interest, Patrick. Season 2 added Matt Besser as Miranda's estranged father. Netflix described the show as "a bizarre family comedy, and a commentary on society today and our fascination with fame."

She was the producer of the Cartoon Network series Steven Universe and its sequel Steven Universe Future, where she also voiced the character of Vidalia. Buscarino also starred in the lead role as Jackie in the 2003 independent live action film My Life with Morrissey.
