Steve LeRoi Papin (born February 28, 1972) is a former American football offensive specialist who played seven seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL) with the San Jose SaberCats and New York Dragons. He first enrolled at West Valley College before transferring to Portland State University. [1] He attended Piedmont Hills High School in San Jose, California. [2] Papin was also a member of the Scottish Claymores and San Diego Riptide.
Papin played for the Portland State Vikings, finishing third in voting for the Harlon Hill Trophy his senior year in 1995 after recording 2,397 all-purpose yards. [3]
Papin played for the Scottish Claymores of the World League of American Football in 1997. [3] He played for the AFL's San Jose SaberCats from 1997 to 2001, earning Second Team All-Arena and Don't Blink! Player of the Year honors twice each. [4] He was released by the SaberCats on December 19, 2001. Papin signed with the New York Dragons of the AFL on January 10, 2002. He was released by the Dragons on March 4, 2003. He finished his AFL career with 15,413 all-purpose yards for 152 touchdowns and an average of 14.7 yards per touch. [3] Papin also averaged 200.4 all-purpose yards per game. [5] He was a finalist for the Arena Football Hall of Fame in 2013 and 2014. [6] [7] He played in five games for the San Diego Riptide of the af2 in 2003 before suffering a knee injury.
Papin was defensive coordinator for the San Diego Riptide in 2005. He served as defensive coordinator of the Central Valley Coyotes of the af2 in 2006. He was offensive coordinator of the af2's Everett Hawks in 2007. Papin served as offensive coordinator of the Tri-Cities Fever of the af2 in 2008. [8] He was offensive coordinator for San Jose Wolves of the American Indoor Football Association in 2010. [9] He was wide receivers coach of the San Jose SaberCats in 2011.
Papin served as head coach of the Gunderson High School Grizzlies of San Jose, California from 2011 to 2013. [10] He stepped down as the Grizzlies coach in April 2014. [11] He became head coach of the Independence High School 76ers in 2014. [12] He left Independence to take the job at Menlo-Atherton High School for the 2019 season, but his contract was not renewed and he returned to Independence in 2020. Following the 2020 season, which had been postponed to the spring of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Papin became the new head coach at Santa Teresa High School.
In 2015, Papin was hired by CBS Sports Network as a sideline analyst for its coverage of the AFL. [13]

Cedric Walker is a former American football defensive back and coach who is currently the head coach and defensive coordinator of the Billings Outlaws of the Arena Football League (AFL). Walker played football at Stephen F. Austin University; once his stint there concluded, he signed with the AFL's Charlotte Rage. Walker played for a succession of AFL teams over his ten-season career; these included the Orlando Predators, Arizona Rattlers, Indiana Firebirds, Chicago Rush, Austin Wranglers, and Las Vegas Gladiators. At the end of his AFL Career, Walker had amassed some 522 solo tackles ; this was the league's seventh-highest total. Walker also won one ArenaBowl as a player; this came with the Arizona Rattlers in 1997.

Julius Gant is a former American football lineman who last played for the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League (AFL). Gant attended Maynard H. Jackson High School, where he excelled as an offensive lineman; following his departure from the school, he played football at Middle Tennessee State University. At Middle Tennessee State, Gant served primarily as a right tackle; in 2003, his best season, he started eleven games for the team.
The Arena Football Hall of Fame is the official Hall of Fame of the Arena Football League (AFL). The inaugural class was announced in 1998 and the Hall was not formally organized until 2011. Prior to 2011, there were four classes: 1998–2000 and then another in 2002. The Arena Football Hall of Fame is the highest honor for players, coaches, and contributors involved in the AFL. The voting process consists of fans and current Hall of Fame members voting on the finalists. The finalists are selected by the League Office in which they collect ballots from the Arena Football Hall of Fame Advisory Board, a group which consisted of former players, executives, journalists and media personnel with a long-time involvement in the league. The league began to decline in 2015, so no Hall of Fame announcements have been made since this year. The league folded for a second time in 2019. After the league's second closure, ArenaFan, a long-running fan site, announced it had taken over operations of the Arena Football Hall of Fame.

He has also been a member of the Lakeland Thunderbolts, Laredo Lobos, Lubbock Renegades, Bossier–Shreveport Battle Wings, New Orleans VooDoo, Pittsburgh Power, San Antonio Talons and Washington Valor.
Raymond McNeil is a former American football offensive lineman. He played college football at Fort Valley State University and attended Jurupa Valley High School in Jurupa Valley, California.
