Stjepan Veselic (born October 24, 1974, in Rotterdam, Netherlands) is a retired Dutch middleweight Muay Thai kickboxer. He is a former World and European champion in Muay Thai. Veselic had a tendency to go head-to-head with his opponents, which made him a favorite with fight fans.

Biography and career

Born of mixed Croatian-Dutch descent, Veselic started kickboxing at the age of 16. He fought out of Rotterdam for Pattaya Gym. His trainer was Ruud de Ronde alongside Herman Van Den Berge, Peter Mul, Ronald Wismeyer and Elroy Hage. Veselic is passionate fan of football club Feyenoord and during his career he fought in the Feyenoord colours and with the initials of Sporting Club Feyenoord 1908 on his short. He retired as a former WPKL Muay Thai Dutch, European and World Champion. [1]

He won 7 world titles in 3 different organizations and was ranked number 2 at the Lumpinee Stadium - a notoriously difficult achievement for a farang fighter. He has also won a European title, 2 Dutch titles and has won tournaments in Shoot Boxing and K-1 MAX. S-Cup Europe 2008 was a martial arts event co promoted by Shoot Boxing Europe and East Side Promotions. It was a preliminary qualifying tournament for the Shoot Boxing World Tournament 2008, involving ten fighters with all bouts fought under Shoot Boxing rules. All the tournament fighters were invitees selected on the basis of their achievements in kickboxing, Muay Thai and Savate. As well as tournament matches there were also a number of opening fights and super fights, and a W.P.K.L. European title fight. One of the opening fights was fought under Shoot Boxing rules while the rest of the matches were fought under Muay Thai rules. In total there were thirty four fighters at the event, representing twelve countries, with weight classes ranging from under 32 kg to over 95 kg.

Ali Gunyar is a Turkish-Dutch middleweight Muay Thai kickboxer fighting out of Eindhoven, Netherlands for Team Gunyar, where he is trained by his brother Suleyman Gunyar. Ali is a four-time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion, who has made appearances for the K-1 MAX, SuperLeague and It's Showtime organizations. As of 2011 Ali is the current W.I.P.U. "King of the Ring" super middleweight world champion in K-1 rules

Pajonsuk is a Thai middleweight Muay Thai-kickboxer fighting out of Superpro Samui in Koh Samui, Thailand. He is a former Lumpinee Stadium and three-time world Muay Thai champion.
