Sturecompagniet is one of Sweden's biggest and most known nightclubs and is located at the old Sturebadets 1800-locals at Sturegatan 4 at Stureplan in Stockholm. [1] [2] Close to Sturecompagniet lies nightclubs Hell's Kitchen and IV. [3] Sturecompagniet was in 1994 the scene of the notorious mass murder perpetrated by Tommy Zethraeus. [4] [5]

Sanna Viktoria Nielsen is a Swedish singer and television presenter. On her seventh attempt, she won Melodifestivalen in 2014 with the song "Undo" and so represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark, finishing in 3rd place overall. Sanna was one of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 commentators for Sweden and hosted Melodifestivalen 2015 along with comedian Robin Paulsson. She was announced as the new presenter for the sing-along show Allsång på Skansen for the summer of 2016. She hosted Eurovision The Party at the Tele2 Arena for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.

The Stockholmsarenan, known as the Tele2 Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a retractable roof multi-purpose stadium in Stockholm Globe City, Johanneshov, just south of Stockholm City Centre, Sweden. It is used mostly for concerts and football matches, hosting home matches of Allsvenskan teams Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF. The arena has a capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 spectators for football matches, depending on the number of people standing, and its facilities fulfill the requirements of FIFA and UEFA for hosting international games and tournaments. When configured for concerts, the arena has a capacity of 45,000 spectators.

The Stureby murder occurred on the night of June 6–7, 2009, when 15-year-old Therese Johansson Rojo was murdered in Stureby, located outside of Stockholm, Sweden by two schoolmates. The two 16-year-olds, who eventually admitted to murdering Johansson Rojo, were arrested the following day.

Tommy Zethraeus is a Swedish mass murderer responsible for the murder of four people outside the restaurant Sturecompagniet at Stureplan, Stockholm on 4 December 1994. After Zethraeus and two of his friends were denied entry at the door to the restaurant, they went home by taxi and returned at about five in the morning. Zethraeus had brought with him a fully automatic Norwegian AG-3 battle rifle and gunned down three women, Katinka Genberg (21), Daniella Josberg (22) and Kristina Oséen (21), and doorman Joakim Jonsson (22). Over twenty other people were injured.

Norrlandsgatan is a street at Norrmalm, Stockholm. The street stretches from Birger Jarlsgatan to Hamngatan. The restaurant Fontainebleau was located at Norrlandsgatan until it was destroyed in a bombing on 31 December 1982.
