Suicide King is the third studio album by American heavy metal band King 810. Released on 25 January 2019, the work was published independently by the ensemble and produced by Josh Schroeder and David Gunn in Michigan. [1]
In 2017–2018, drummer Andrew Workman, guitarist Andrew Beal and the band parted ways. [2] In October 2018, the group released a music video for "Heartbeats", the first single off of the album. [1]
In November 2018, the ensemble performed at the Buick City Events Center. Following this performance, the quartet spent November and December in the United Kingdom with PUPPY. [1]
Neil Criddle of 'Dead Press stated that "Heartbeats" "sets things off perfectly, with a frenetically aggressive chorus with Gunn's lyrical pace intensifying, culminating in a real sense of urgency and vitality". [3]
Stephen Hill of Louder Sound stated that "album closer "Sing Me to Sleep" has a dreamy, robotic nightmare vibe, "Wade in the Water addresses the Flint, Michigan water crisis using old blues and Tom Waits-esque dark crooning and album highlight "Black Rifle" is a piano-led ballad with a funeral stomp that recalls the gravel-voiced acoustic hip hop of Everlast". Manowar is an American heavy metal band from Auburn, New York. Formed in 1980, the group is known for lyrics based on fantasy and mythology, as well as numerous songs celebrating the genre and its core audience. The band is also known for a loud and emphatic sound. In an interview for MTV in February 2007, bassist Joey DeMaio lamented that "these days, there's a real lack of big, epic metal that is drenched with crushing guitars and choirs and orchestras... so it's nice to be one of the few bands that's actually doing that". In 1984, the band was included in the Guinness Book of World Records for delivering the loudest performance, a record which they have since broken on two occasions. They also hold the world record for the longest heavy metal concert after playing for five hours and 1 minute in Bulgaria in 2008. They also have been known for their slogan "Death to false metal". The band maintains a strong cult following and has sold over 30 million copies of their recordings.

Five Finger Death Punch, also abbreviated as 5FDP or FFDP, is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2005. The band originally consisted of vocalist Ivan Moody, rhythm guitarist Zoltan Bathory, lead guitarist Caleb Andrew Bingham, bassist Matt Snell, and drummer Jeremy Spencer. "Get Your Gunn" is a song by American rock band Marilyn Manson. It was released as the lead single from their debut studio album, Portrait of an American Family (1994). The song was written by the band's eponymous vocalist along with original guitarist and bassist Daisy Berkowitz and Gidget Gein, respectively, and was produced by Manson with Trent Reznor. "Get Your Gunn" was inspired by the murder of abortionist David Gunn by an anti-abortion activist, an event which angered Manson. The song also took influence from Manson's lifelong fascination with abortion and an interaction he had with an anti-abortion protester.
