Supermodel was a Swiss reality television series which aired on 3+ in 2007 and 2008. The series documented a modeling competition, comprising novice models, to find a "Supermodel". The first season of series, which aired from November to December 2007, was presented by former model Nadja Schildknecht, [1] and the second, which aired from September to December 2008, was presented by Franziska Knuppe. [2]

Show format

After an episode featuring the casting process with 100 chosen contestants, the experiences of the finalists with a weekly photo shoot, and several tasks and castings were shown in one episode that ended with the eliminated of two contestants.

Makeovers were administered to contestants early in the season (usually after the first or second elimination in the finals)

The first season of Supermodel aired on the Swiss television channel 3+ from November to December 2007. The season was presented by Swiss former model, business woman and manager Nadja Schildknecht. The judging panel comprised Schildknecht, show and event producer and choreographer Yannick Aellen and celebrity hairstylist Mike Karg. From 1000 applicants, 100 candidates were invited to participate in the auditions, with 15 being selected as part of the final cast. <i>Supermodel Me</i> (season 6) Season of television series

The sixth season of Supermodel Me aired on 11 October 2021 after a 7-year hiatus, with the shooting location being moved back to Singapore. The previous judging panel were mostly replaced by the judging panel of Asia's Next Top Model, with Thai model Cindy Bishop appointed as the host and head judge, and Yu Tsai appointed as the creative consultant. Ty - Top Model Is a Russian reality TV show based on America's Next Top Model by Tyra Banks, it is the third installment of the show after Ty - supermodel (2004–2007) and Top Model po-russki (2011–2014). The show showed a number of aspiring contestants competing against each other in a series of challenges for the Russia's Top Model title.
