Supreet Bedi is an Indian actress, TV presenter, trainer and author. [1] [2] [3] She is mostly known for training Miss Universe 2021 winner Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu and Mister World 2016 winner Rohit Khandelwal. [4] [5] [6] She authored Be Ready for the World book in 2023. [7] She is also the elder sister of Indian actress Gurpreet Bedi. [8]

Career

She started her career as a ZoomTV presenter in 2006. [9] She got the chance to interview various celebrities, including Tom Cruise and Shah Rukh Khan. [10] Supreet made her acting debut with Fateh movie in 2014, featuring Nav Bajwa and Sameksha Singh [11] [12] In 2023, she featured in Anu Menon's Neeyat, which also featured Vidya Balan and Ram Kapoor. [13] [14] She also played cameos in various Hindi movies. [15] [16]

Supreet trained Miss Universe 2021 winner Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu as the communication expert at Miss India Organization. [17] [18] [19] She also trained Mister World 2016 winner Rohit Khandelwal. [20] [21]

In 2023, she launched her first book titled Be Ready for the World. [22] In the same year, she hosted and directed Miss Diva 2023 event along with Sachin Kumbhar. [23]

Miss Universe Malaysia 2015, the 49th edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia, was held on 17 April 2015 at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Vanessa Tevi Kumares of Negeri Sembilan was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Sabrina Beneetof Perak at the end of the event. She then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant in Las Vegas, United States.

Femina Miss India 2019 was the 56th edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant. It was held at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium, Mumbai on June 15, 2019, and was hosted by Karan Johar, Manish Paul and Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar. At the end of the event, Anukreethy Vas of Tamil Nadu crowned Suman Rao of Rajasthan as her successor. She represented India at Miss World 2019 in London and placed 2nd Runner Up.

Udaariyaan is an Indian Hindi-language television romantic drama series. It premiered on 15 March 2021 on Colors TV and streams on JioCinema. The show is produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey under Dreamiyata. It formerly starred Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Isha Malviya, Ankit Gupta, Twinkle Arora, Hitesh Bharadwaj, Anuraj Chahal and Alisha Parveen Khan. Since May 2024, it stars Aditi Bhagat, Avinesh Rekhi and Shreya Jain.

Miss Diva 2021 was the 9th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant which was held on 30 September 2021 in Hyatt Regency Hotel, Mumbai. The 20 shortlisted contestants from all over the country competed in the pageant. Adline Castelino crowned Harnaaz Sandhu as her successor. After three months, she represented India at Miss Universe 2021 and became the 3rd Miss Universe from India to win the crown. Aavriti Choudhary crowned Ritika Khatnani as her successor. She represented India at Miss Supranational 2022 and won the title of Miss Supranational Asia 2022. Neha Jaiswal crowned Sonal Kukreja as 1st Runner-Up, whereas Kriti Sanon sashed all the remaining Runners-Up. Divita Rai was selected to represent India at Miss Universe 2022 and placed in the top 16.

Miss South Africa 2022, the 64th edition of the Miss South Africa pageant was held on Saturday, August 14 , 2022, at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria. Incumbent winner, Lalela Mswane of KwaZulu-Natal crowned Ndavi Nokeri of Limpopo as her successor. Nokeri will go on to represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2022 where she placed as Top 16.

Miss Diva 2022 was the 10th anniversary edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on 30 October 2022. At the end of the event, Harnaaz Sandhu crowned Divita Rai as her successor. She represented India in the Miss Universe 2022 pageant and placed in the top 16.

Divita Rai is an Indian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe India 2022 in Mumbai and represented India at Miss Universe 2022 in New Orleans, reaching the top 16.

<i>Neeyat</i> (2023 film) 2023 Indian film

Neeyat (transl. Motive) is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language mystery film directed by Anu Menon. The film is produced by Vikram Malhotra under Abundantia Entertainment alongside Amazon Studios. It stars Vidya Balan with an ensemble cast including Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Dipannita Sharma, Shashank Arora, Shahana Goswami, Neeraj Kabi and Amrita Puri. The film was released theatrically on 7 July 2023 to mixed reviews from critics.

Sonal Kukreja is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Supranational India 2024. She will represent India at the Miss Supranational 2024 pageant to be held in Poland on 17 July 2024.
