Police-General (Ret.) Drs. Sutanto (born 30 September 1950,on Comal,Pemalang,Jawa Tengah) was the Head of Indonesian State Intelligence Agency since 22 October 2009 to 18 October 2011. Previously he was Chief of the Indonesian National Police since 8 July 2005 to 30 September 2008.
He graduated from the Police Academy in 1973. He was previously the Head of the Executive Agency Daily (Kalakhar) National Anti-Narcotics Agency. He became aide to President Suharto in 1995 - 1998,Regional Police Chief (Kapolda) of North Sumatra (2000),and was the East Java police chief (17 October 2000 –October 2002).
Wiranto is an Indonesian politician and retired army general,who is serving as the chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council,since December 2019. Previously,he was the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces from February 1998 to October 1999 during Indonesia's transition from authoritarian rule to democracy,he ran unsuccessfully for President of Indonesia in 2004 and for the vice-presidency in 2009. On 27 July 2016,Wiranto was appointed Coordinating Minister for Political,Legal,and Security Affairs,replacing Luhut Binsar Panjaitan.

The party supported Tommy's former brother-in-law Prabowo Subianto's unsuccessful bid for the presidency in 2019. After failing to win a 4% threshold necessary to gain seats in the national parliament,the party in 2020 split into rival factions:one led by Tommy and the government-recognized faction led by Muchdi.

He previously served as Deputy Chief of Indonesian National Police accompanying National Police Chief Badrodin Haiti and Tito Karnavian. He is the second member of the police after Sutanto to lead the State Intelligence Agency.
