The team was established in 2005, as the successor of P3 Transfer-Batavus, while also taking over many of the riders and staff of Cycle Collstrop, the former team of manager Van der Schueren. Neither Vacansoleil or DCM renewed their sponsorship of the program after the 2013 season.

Team Qhubeka NextHash was a UCI WorldTeam cycling team based in South Africa. The team rode to raise awareness and funds for Qhubeka, a South African not-for-profit organisation, and was partnered by cryptocurrency investment organisation NextHash. Riwal Cycling Team Danish cycling team

Riwal Cycling Team is a Danish UCI Continental cycling team based in Himmerland. Riwal participates in races in many countries around Europe. The team's most popular achievements have been the Danmark Rundt, the Olympia's Tour in the Netherlands and the Okolo Slovenska. The team has 10 full-time riders. The 2022 Tour des Alpes-Maritimes et du Var was a road cycling stage race that took place between 18 and 20 February 2022 in the departments of Alpes-Maritimes and Var in southeastern France. The race was rated as a category 2.Pro event on the 2022 UCI Europe Tour calendar, and was the 54th edition of the Tour des Alpes-Maritimes et du Var.
