TPI Polene Public Company Limited is Thailand's third largest cement manufacturer. [1] It also manufactures petrochemicals, including low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). [2]

The channel made its trial broadcast on August 15, 2006, and officially started broadcasting on September 1, 2006. It was originally a channel on ASTV satellite provider until 2008 when it was split from ASTV and became an independent channel on its own under the ownership of TPI Polene.
