TTC is a French hip hop group from Paris. [1] It consists of Tido Berman, Teki Latex, Cuizinier, Orgasmic, Para One, and Tacteel. [2] In 2007, Les Inrockuptibles described it as "one of the most fascinating developments in French music of the past ten years." [3]

History

In 2002, TTC released the first album, Ceci N'est Pas Un Disque, on Big Dada. [4] In 2004, the group released the second album, Batards Sensibles . [5] It featured vocal contributions from Busdriver and Radioinactive. [6] The third album, 3615 TTC, was released in 2006. [7]

Julien Pradeyrol better known as Teki Latex is a Paris-based disc jockey, rapper and singer, working both independently and as part of various formations, notably French hip-hop act TTC and in duo Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team with French producer Orgasmic. He runs the record label Sound Pellegrino. He was running a weekly DJ TV show called Overdrive Infinity that can be watched on Dailymotion. He then collaborated with Boiler Room and curated/presented a few shows for them. He is now fully dedicated to his DJ career and regularly plays big clubs in various cities like London, Berlin, Paris, etc...

Subliminal is the debut solo album by Congolese-French singer and rapper Maître Gims. The 18-track album was released 20 May 2013 on Wati B and Monstre Marin Corporation, the latter founded by Maître Gims himself. The lyrics were all by Maître Gims whereas the music was by Maître Gims, Renaud Rebillaud and Stan-E Music. The album was a great success charting in France, Belgium as well as charting in Switzerland.

Ceci N'est Pas Un Viol is a work of performance art by American artist Emma Sulkowicz. Released on 3 June 2015, the work consists of a website hosting an eight-minute video, introductory text and an open comments section. The video shows Sulkowicz having sex with an anonymous actor in a dorm room at Columbia University in New York City. It was directed by artist Ted Lawson in early 2015, while Sulkowicz was in the final year of a visual-arts degree at Columbia.
