TVS Emerald Haven Realty Limited (commonly called TVS Emerald) is an Indian real estate development company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A subsidiary of TVS Holdings (part of the TVS Group conglomerate), it specializes in sustainable residential communities and urban development projects. ^{[3] [1]}

History

Founded in 2012 as Emerald Haven Realty Limited, ^[4] the company serves as the real estate arm of the 113-year-old TVS Group conglomerate established by T.V. Sundaram Iyengar. ^[1] Its first project, TVS Emerald Green Hills in Perungalathur (completed 2016), achieved India's highest CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) score from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority. ^[5]

The TVS Group also owns TVS Motor Co, Ltd., the third largest two-wheeler maker in India. ^{[6] [7] [8]}
