Anchored by Darlene Gemino, TV Patrol Cagayan Valley aired live from the ABS-CBN Newscenter Santiago City Mondays to Fridays at 5:00 PM, simulcast over TV-3 Tuguegarao and TV-11 Batanes and Bayombong and on radio via MOR 91.3 Isabela For Life!.

History

As TV Patrol Tuguegarao (1997-2004)

Originally, TV Patrol Cagayan Valley (which was later retitled as TV Patrol Tuguegarao) was launched on January 27, 1997 covers the provinces of Cagayan, Batanes and parts of northern Cordillera Administrative Region with Jun Felipe and the first set of reporters are Mary Joy D. Madrid, Rainier Bangayan and PJ Cabanos as pioneering anchors and was aired only on TV-3 Tuguegarao. On December 31, 2004, the newscast was cancelled.

As TV Patrol Isabela (1998-2004)

More than a year to launch of Tuguegarao's newscast, TV Patrol Isabela was launched on February 2, 1998. it focuses to the entire provinces of Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino with Grace Cabañero and reporters are Manuel Balisi, Maricar Salcedo and Caroline dela Cruz.

As TV Patrol Cagayan Valley (2005-2018)

On January 3, 2005, the newscasts were merged and retitled as TV Patrol Cagayan Valley, which now airs in the Cagayan Valley region. On June 14, 2017, this is the twelfth newscast updated its graphics similar to the main national newscast, while retaining its 2013 logo on its opening billboard.

Cancellation, merger to TV Patrol North Luzon

As a cost-cutting measure to digitize ABS-CBN Regional stations, aligning with Channel 2 Manila, [1] [ failed verification ] TV Patrol Cagayan Valley ceased broadcasting on June 29, 2018, and merged to TV Patrol North Luzon by July 2, carrying its anchors Darlene Gemino and Harris Julio to the newscast.

D-3-ZO-TV, channel 3, was an owned-and-operated station of ABS-CBN Corporation in Baguio City. It operated as a sister to S+A relay station DWZO-TV and MOR Philippines radio station MOR 103.1. The COVID-19 pandemic in Cagayan Valley is part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. The virus reached Cagayan Valley on March 21, 2020, when the first case of the disease was confirmed in Tuguegarao. All provinces have confirmed at least one COVID-19 case, with Batanes being the last province to confirm a COVID-19 case on September 28, 2020.
