TV Patrol Caraga (formerly TV Patrol Butuan) was the flagship local news program broadcast of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in Butuan City.

The newscast was a tabloid-style format, delivering news headlines about the current events in the entire Caraga region.

It aired live daily from the ABS-CBN Newscenter (TV-11) in Butuan City at 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. It was also simulcast on ABS-CBN TV-12 Surigao and TV-26 Tandag and abroad through ABS-CBN Now and The Filipino Channel.

History

The program launched as TV Patrol Butuan, first aired on July 5, 1999 (along with TV Patrol Iligan on ABS-CBN TV-4 Iligan). It was first anchored by Andy Rara and Michiko Makinano then later with Trinidad Ladringan-Velasco and Richmond Hinayon. The program's last presenter was Charmaine Awitan. In 2011, TV Patrol Caraga celebrated its 12th anniversary and revealed their new news banner format on TV. On July 8, 2013, TV Patrol Caraga celebrated its 14th anniversary and updated its graphics, and video and audio packages. On July 7, 2014, TV Patrol Caraga celebrated its 15th anniversary in the history of television as the first in the region.

On July 17, 2017, TV Patrol Caraga updated its logo, opening billboard and graphics while its lower thirds are changed to Gotham font to match the national TV Patrol. This is the sixteenth regional TV Patrol to update its graphics, similar to the national newscast.

As a cost-cutting measure to digitalize ABS-CBN Regional stations, aligning with Channel 2 Manila, [1] TV Patrol Caraga ceased broadcasting on June 29, 2018, and merged to TV Patrol North Mindanao by July 2, carrying over Charmaine Awitan and all of its reporters to the newscast.

TV Patrol Panay was the local news program of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in Iloilo City. This tabloid-format news program was aired across the region of Western Visayas, except Bacolod and Negros Occidental which was served by TV Patrol Negros, and globally through The Filipino Channel. TV Patrol Panay was broadcast in the local Hiligaynon language. It is aired live from the ABS-CBN News Center Iloilo at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, simulcast on ABS-CBN TV-21 Roxas. It replayed at 9:30 pm on ANC. It also delivered news throughout the day via TV Patrol Panay News Advisory bulletins.

<i>News Patrol</i>

News Patrol is an hourly news bulletin of ABS-CBN which replaced ABS-CBN News Advisory. The news bulletin was suspended on May 5, 2020 after ABS-CBN was forced to cease and desist its free TV broadcasting operations given by the order of the NTC. On May 8, 2020, News Patrol continued broadcast on cable channels TeleRadyo, ANC, Cine Mo!, TFC, online via ABS-CBN News' website, Facebook, YouTube and iWant TFC. It also served as the main newscast for Kapamilya Channel until it was replaced by a TV Patrol simulcast.

<i>TV Patrol Central Visayas</i>

TV Patrol Central Visayas was the local news program of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in Central Visayas. It was the most watched news program in Metro Cebu and Central Visayas as well as in Bohol, Negros Oriental and Siquijor. The program delivers news headlines about the current events in Central Visayas. It used to be aired live daily from the ABS-CBN Newscenter Cebu at 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. It was also seen on Channel 9 Bohol and Channel 12 Dumaguete and on radio through DYAB Radyo Patrol 1512 Cebu, MOR 97.1 For Life! Cebu. It was simulcasted through DYAB Teleradyo on Sky Cable Cebu Community Channel 53. After the non-renewal of ABS-CBN's broadcast franchise, TVPCV aired its newscast via its official Facebook page, ABS-CBN Regional's YouTube channel and iWant. It was the most watched news program in the Eastern Visayas. It was aired online via its official Facebook page, ABS-CBN Regional's YouTube channel and iWant. It also produces its bulletin version News Patrol Eastern Visayas airing several times a day every weekdays.

TV Patrol Negros was the local news program of the ABS-CBN Regional Network Group in the Negros Island Region. The newscast was a tabloid-style format. The program delivers news headlines in the Hiligaynon language about the current events in Bacolod and Negros Occidental, as it was removed from Western Visayas to form the Negros Island Region along with Negros Oriental from Central Visayas in 2015, but the region was now disestablished and made defunct since 2017.

TV Patrol South Central Mindanao is a local news program of ABS-CBN Regional Network Group delivering news reports on current events happening in South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani & General Santos City (Soccsksargen) and since 2018 Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur and North Cotabato, in Filipino while other languages such as Cebuano and Ilonggo spoken by the interviewees.

DXAJ-TV Television station in Butuan

DXAJ-TV was a television station of Philippine television network ABS-CBN Corporation, operating as a Caraga semi-satellite of the network's North Mindanao super region, opting out master control from Cagayan de Oro City with local advertising. Its offices and Caraga news gathering base are located at the 3/F BayanTel Building, Marcos Calo Street, Butuan City.

<i>TV Patrol Palawan</i>

TV Patrol Palawan was a local news program of ABS-CBN Regional in Palawan, an island province under the Mimaropa region in the Philippines but considered as a separate television market. The newscast delivers news headlines about current events in the province's capital Puerto Princesa City and its surrounding areas. 24 Oras Northern Mindanao, formerly Testigo Northern Mindanao is a Philippine television news broadcasting program broadcast by GMA Network in the Northern Mindanao. Originally anchored by Kenneth Ragpala, it premiered on February 5, 2013 replacing Isyu Karon. Joe Legaspina served as the final anchor.

ABS-CBN Regional Channel

ABS-CBN Regional Channel was a Philippine pay television channel which aired programming from the regional television and radio stations owned by ABS-CBN. The channel was launched as a test broadcast on 1 August 2016, and was officially launched on 15 March 2017.
