Tadiran Telecom (TTL) L.P., is a privately held Israeli Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) company, providing UC&C systems globally. TTL is owned by Afcon Industries [1] , which in turn is controlled by the Shlomo Group (TASE:SHLD), [2] an Israeli corporation.

Shlomo Group is one of the largest investments and holdings groups in Israel, consists of automotive, real estate, telecom, insurance, shipyards and logistics sectors. The group was founded in 1974 by Shlomo Shmeltzer. The group's consolidated turnover is amounted to ILS 7 billion, as of 2017. Today the company is headed by Asi Shmeltzer, the son of Shlomo Shmeltzer who was the company's founder.

TTL's corporate headquarters are located in Petah Tikva (Israel), with regional offices located in Georgia (Atlanta), Beijing (China), and New Delhi (India). [3]

Petah Tikva, also known as Em HaMoshavot, is a city in the Central District of Israel, 10.6 km (6.59 mi) east of Tel Aviv. It was founded in 1878, mainly by Orthodox Jews of the Old Yishuv, and became a permanent settlement in 1883 with the financial help of Baron Edmond de Rothschild.

IAI Scout reconnaissance unmanned air vehicle

The IAI Scout is a reconnaissance unmanned air vehicle developed in Israel in the 1970s by Israel Aircraft Industries as a competitor to the Tadiran Mastiff. During the 1970s, the Israeli military was becoming increasingly interested in battlefield UAVs, and in response IAI management finally decided that they were interested in the concept as well. The Scout had a similar configuration as the Mastiff, with a pusher propeller and a twin-boom tail.

Shlomo Dovrat Israeli businessman

Shlomo Dovrat is an Israeli high-tech entrepreneur. He spearheaded the recovery of ECI Telecom and in January 2005, sold Tecnomatix to the American software company UGS Corp. for about $227.7 million, making about $10 million from the deal. He is also co founder of Carmel Ventures. He is also known for heading the Israeli national commission for reform in education, known as the Dovrat Commission.
