Talking to the Dead is a compilation album released by Rosemary's Babies on October 5, 2004, on Ghastly Records. It features nine of the 10 tracks released in 1983 on the Blood Lust EP . [1]
Talking Heads were an American rock band that formed in 1975 in New York City. The band was composed of Scottish-born David Byrne, Chris Frantz (drums), Tina Weymouth (bass) and Jerry Harrison. Billion Dollar Babies is the sixth studio album by American rock band Alice Cooper, released in March 1973 by Warner Bros. Records. The album became the best selling Alice Cooper record at the time of its release, hit number one on the album charts in both the United States and the United Kingdom, and went on to be certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album has been retrospectively praised by such critics as Robert Christgau, Greg Prato of AllMusic, and Jason Thompson of PopMatters, but The Rolling Stone Album Guide (2004) gave the album only two and a half stars.
CBGB was a New York City music club opened in 1973 by Hilly Kristal in Manhattan's East Village. The club was previously a biker bar and before that was a dive bar. The letters CBGB were for Country, BlueGrass, and Blues, Kristal's original vision, yet CBGB soon became a famed venue of punk rock and new wave bands like Ramones, Television, Patti Smith Group, Blondie, and Talking Heads. From the early 1980s onward, CBGB was known for hardcore punk.

Loudon Snowden Wainwright III is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actor. He has released twenty-six studio albums, four live albums, and six compilations. Martin Reverby, better known by his stage name Martin Rev, is an American musician and one half of the influential synth-punk band Suicide. Rev has also released several solo albums for a number of record labels, including ROIR and Puu. His style varies widely from release to release, from harsh and abrasive no wave to light bubblegum pop (Strangeworld) to heavy synthesizer rock.

Rosemary's Babies was an American hardcore punk band formed in Lodi, New Jersey in 1980. Its members included J.R.(Vincent C Paladino) - vocals, Post Mortem - bass, CA Richie - guitar, and Eerie Von - drums. The band was active until 1983 and produced a 7-inch EP titled "Blood Lust", released on the band's own Ghastly Records. A 2004 CD, Talking to the Dead included tracks from the EP, previously unreleased songs, and tracks recorded live at CBGBs NYC May 15, 1983.

The Who at Kilburn: 1977 is a film of two live performances by British rock band the Who released as a two-disc DVD set on 17 November 2008 by Image Entertainment. The first disc included the band's performance at the Gaumont State Cinema on 15 December 1977, while the second disc featured the band's performance at the London Coliseum on 14 December 1969. The film restoration was produced by Nigel Sinclair's Spitfire Pictures in association with Trinifold Management.
