Tampa Covenant Church is an Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) in Lake Magdalene, Florida. The building was designed by Alberto Alfonso and chosen by Arch Daily for a 2010 building of the year award in the religious category. [1] [2]

Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement (MAACM) is a 137,000-square-foot museum under development in St. Petersburg, Florida. Carlos Juan Alfonso is a Cuban-American architect and former chairman of the University of Florida Board of Trustees and member of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission. He is a founding principal and president of an architecture firm located in Ybor City, Florida. In addition, he founded Alliant Partners LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. He currently serves as CEO for both companies.
