Tara Vittese (born October 22, 1995) is an American women's field hockey player. [1] In 2018, Vittese was added to the United States national team, following years of success in the national junior team. [2]

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Vitesse attended Camden Catholic High School. [3]

Vittese is also the only collegiate field hockey player to earn National Player of the Year 3 times.

Vittese has represented the United States junior national team since 2012, when she was just 15 years of age. She represented the team at one Junior World Cups, and one Pan American Junior Championship. She was the youngest member of the team at the 2013 Junior World Cup in Mönchengladbach, Germany, where the team finished 7th. [4]

Vittese made her senior international debut in 2018, in a test series against Canada. [5]

Vittese's two older sisters, Michelle and Carissa, also represent the United States senior national team. [1]

Camden Catholic High School (CCHS) is a four-year comprehensive private coeducational Roman Catholic high school, located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey, United States. The school operates under the supervision of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden. Once the IFWHA merged with its counterpart on the men's side, the United States' first appearance at an FIH-sanctioned tournament was the 1983 Women's Hockey World Cup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where the Americans ended up in sixth place. They have won bronze at the Los Angeles 1984 Summer Olympics and bronze at the 1994 World Cup.

The Chile women's national field hockey team represents Chile in the international field hockey. The team is governed by the International Hockey Federation and the PAHF. The team is also known by the nickname Las Diablas, which translates to The Devils. It is controlled by the Chilean Hockey Federation. The team is currently ranked 15th in the FIH World Rankings, with 870 points.

Michelle Vittese is an American field hockey player. At the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, she competed for the United States women's national field hockey team in the women's event. She was born in Philadelphia.
