Tasnia Zamil Farin (born 30 January 1994) [2] is a Bangladeshi actress, model and singer. She has worked in Indian Bengali film industry, Tollywood of West Bengal. Critically acclaimed for her work in Karagar . [3] She rose to fame with her central role in the web series Ladies & Gentlemen directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki. The ZEE5 web series released on 9 July 2021. [4] [5] [6] She is also known for her performance in the drama EX BOYFRIEND. She has also been seen in several dramas and music videos. [2] She played the role of a katha in a web film Networker Baire directed by Mizanur Rahman Aryan and produced by Redwan Rony, which was released on August 19 of the same year. [7] In 2022, Farin is starring in Indian Bengali language film titled Aro Ek Prithibi Somoy Television directed by Kolkata-based filmmaker Atanu Ghosh. [8]
In 2022, she won the Channel I Digital Media Award for Best Actress in a Web Series and Best Emerging Female Actor for her performance in Ladies & Gentlemen. Farin made her small screen debut in 2017 with her performance in the drama Amra Abar Firbo Kobe. She started acting at the will of her mother. She worked with Mashrafe Mortaza in an advertisement for BKash in 2018. [13] The drama X BOYFRIEND made her quite popular on Valentine's Day the same year. Pavel Areen is a Bangladeshi composer, sound engineer and Drummer he is best known as the former drummer of the rock band Chirkutt. He started his musical journey at a young age, performing at Shishu Academy and joining several bands. He learned sound engineering by himself and started creating jingles for television and radio. Pavel also built his own recording studio, contributing to projects such as Chirkutt's first album and various film scores. Pavel Areen was nominated for the Filmfare Awards East in the Best Background Score category for the film No Bed of Roses (Doob). Additionally, he won the Channel i Music Award in 2018 for his work as a sound engineer.
Ministry of Love is a project by Bangladeshi OTT platform Chorki to produce 12 love movies of 12 film directors. In every film, there will be a shadow of love in the personal life of the makers. Mostofa Sarwar Farooki is the co-producer of the project. Films will be released in Chorki in phases between 2023 and 2024.
