Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a 1986 American teen comedy film written, co-produced, and directed by John Hughes. The film stars Matthew Broderick, Mia Sara, and Alan Ruck, with supporting roles from Jennifer Grey, Jeffrey Jones, Cindy Pickett, Edie McClurg, Lyman Ward, and Charlie Sheen. It tells the story of a high school slacker, Ferris, who skips school with his best friend Cameron and his girlfriend Sloane for a day in Chicago, regularly breaking the fourth wall to explain his techniques and inner thoughts.
Yellowcard is an American rock band that formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1997. The lineup currently consists of lead singer Ryan Key, lead guitarist Ryan Mendez, bassist Josh Portman and violinist Sean Mackin. Primarily a pop-punk group, their music is recognized for having a distinct sound in its genre, primarily due to the prominent use of a violin in their songs, and are best known for their singles "Ocean Avenue", "Only One", and "Lights and Sounds". Released in 2003, "Ocean Avenue" and its parent album of the same name are both certified double platinum in the US by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA); "Only One" and the band's 2006 album Lights and Sounds have been certified gold. The band has released ten studio albums, with its most recent, Yellowcard, released on September 30, 2016. Following this release and supporting tour, the band broke up. The band reunited in September 2022 for a performance at Riot Fest and embarked on a 20th-anniversary tour for Ocean Avenue in 2023. A new EP, Childhood Eyes, was released on July 21, 2023.

Millionaires is an American electronic music group currently consisting of Melissa Marie Green, Meredith Hurley, and Anissa Zermeno. The group, formed in August 2007, originally consisted of Green and her sister Allison Green, as well as friend Dani Artaud. The group are widely known for mixing heavily explicit lyrics with an electropop backing. Their image and lyrics generated strong controversy during their early years. The band released three EPs, several singles—including "Stay the Night", which managed to chart for a short time in the UK, and their debut album, Tonight, released in March 2013. In March 2016 they released a single with producer Wade Martin titled "When I'm Single". Much of their music style was ground-breaking in forming the crunkcore genre. The members are also widely known as being one of the first to become "Internet famous", gaining huge notoriety and popularity during the "Myspace era" of the mid 2000s within the emergence of social media. The Millionaires are also known for being in the scene genre today.
We Are the in Crowd is an American rock band from Poughkeepsie, New York, formed in 2006. It consists of Taylor Jardine, Jordan Eckes, Mike Ferri, Rob Chianelli, and Cameron Hurley. They released their debut EP, Guaranteed to Disagree, in 2010, and followed it up with their first full-length album, Best Intentions, in 2011. Their second full-length album, Weird Kids, was released in 2014. The band announced a hiatus in February 2016. They have since performed their first shows in six years at Slam Dunk Festival 2021.

Music from her 2007 debut album Ready To Wake Up was licensed by Muzak and has been played in department stores and restaurants throughout the world. Her music can be heard on television shows like The Young and the Restless, 90210, So You Think You Can Dance, American Idol and Giuliana and Bill, among others. Shannon's second full-length album, California, was released independently in July 2011 and her third full-length album, The Light, was released in 2014. She is also producer and main songwriter in the downtempo duo Lovers & Poets, along with husband and bassist Ben Eisen. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2010. Shannon was invited to be a featured vocalist on "Sun Gone Down", a track by Protoculture released in July 2011 on Re*brand/Armada Music. She has since become a sought-after vocalist and songwriter in the trance community. She has collaborated with trance producers such as Giuseppe Ottaviani, Ronski Speed and Alex M.O.R.P.H.
