Team Chauraha Dhangadhi, often called Chauraha Dhangadhi is one of the six franchises competing on Dhangadhi Premier League. It was led by the national cricket team captain, Paras Khadka.The team represents the city of Dhangadhi in Kailali district of Nepal, and won the 2017 Dhangadhi Premier League Title, receiving a prize of 1.5 million Nepalese rupees. In the second season they defended their trophy beating Biratnagar kings. The team was led by the Nepali fast bowler Sompal Kami.The team are not participating in the 3rd edition of the Dhangadhi Premier League. The team owner is Raj Kumar Shrestha. [1] [2]

Paras Khadka is a Nepalese former cricketer who is the current Secretary of Cricket Association of Nepal and President of Bagmati Province Cricket Association. He was the captain of the Nepalese cricket team from 2008 to 2019. An all-rounder, Khadka was a right-handed batsman, and a right-arm medium-fast as well as an off-break bowler. He made his debut against Malaysia in April 2004. Khadka was one of the cricketers who played in Nepal's inaugural One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018.

The Dhangadhi Premier League (DPL) is a franchise Twenty20 cricket league in Nepal. The league was founded by the Dhangadhi Cricket Academy and Sudur Pashchim Academy in 2017.

The 2017 season of Dhangadhi Premier League was the debut season of the Dhangadhi Premier League. The tournament featured six teams. The season began on 9 April 2017 with the final match being held on 22 April 2017.

Founded in 2017 one of the six founding teams of the DPL, the Rupandehi franchise is owned by Suraj Upreti. Shakti Gauchan is the captain and the strategic player of the team.

The 2021 Nepal Super League was the first season of the Nepal Super League, the first professional franchise based club football league of Nepal.
