Ted Dent (born November 5, 1969) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player and the former General Manager and Head Coach of the Flint Firebirds of the Ontario Hockey League. He was an American Hockey League head coach for the Rockford IceHogs. [1]
Prior to turning professional, Dent attended St. Lawrence University where he played four seasons with the St. Lawrence Saints men's ice hockey team.
On April 25, 2017, the Blackhawks announced that they have relieved Dent of his duties as the head coach of the IceHogs. During his six seasons with the team, he posted a record of 221-179-33-21. [2]
The Rockford IceHogs were a minor professional ice hockey team in Rockford, Illinois. They were a member of the United Hockey League from 1999 to 2007. The IceHogs played their home games at the MetroCentre. In 2007, the name and logo were purchased and applied to the current American Hockey League franchise. After the transfer of the name and logo to the AHL franchise was complete, the UHL IceHogs ceased operations.
Steve Ray Poapst is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman who played seven seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Washington Capitals, Chicago Blackhawks, Pittsburgh Penguins and St. Louis Blues. Advancing to management after his playing career was over, he was named head coach of the USHL Chicago Steel in December 2006. In August 2010, Poapst moved up the ranks, taking an assistant coaching job with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL, bringing him back into the Chicago Blackhawks system.

He most recently played for HC Dynamo Moscow of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Klinkhammer has previously played in the National Hockey League with the Chicago Blackhawks, Ottawa Senators, Arizona Coyotes, Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers organizations, making his NHL debut in 2010 with the Blackhawks.
Jeremy Morin is an American former professional ice hockey left winger. Morin played major junior hockey for the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), the team he was drafted from in the second round, 45th overall, in 2009 by the National Hockey League (NHL)'s Atlanta Thrashers. Morin was later traded to Chicago, then the Columbus Blue Jackets, followed by a return trade to Chicago during the 2015 off-season.
