Telekom Malaysia Cycling Team is an Invitational Continental Team cycling team based in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The team are founded to participate in the Tour de Langkawi. Telekom Malaysia Cycling Team's most prominent riders are New Zealand's Graeme Miller, Hong Kong's Wong Kam-po, Indonesia's Tonton Susanto, Iran's Ghader Mizbani Iranagh and Malaysia's Nor Effandy Rosli and Mohamad Fauzi Shafihi.
The team's title sponsor is Telekom Malaysia, which is the largest telecommunication company in Malaysia and also Southeast Asia's second-largest telecommunication company.

T-Mobile is the brand name used by the mobile communications subsidiaries of the German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom AG. The brand is also active in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United States.

Bjarne Lykkegård Riis, nicknamed The Eagle from Herning, is a Danish former professional road bicycle racer who placed first in the 1996 Tour de France. For many years he was the owner and later manager of the Oleg Tinkov associated Russian UCI WorldTeam Tinkoff–Saxo. Other career highlights include placing first in the Amstel Gold Race in 1997, multiple Danish National Championships, and stage wins in the Giro d'Italia. On 25 May 2007, he admitted that he placed first in the Tour de France using banned substances, and he was no longer considered the winner by the Tour's organizers. In July 2008, the Tour reconfirmed his victory but with an asterisk label to indicate his doping offences.
HTC–Highroad was a former professional cycling team competing in international road bicycle races. Their last title sponsor was HTC Corporation, a Taiwanese manufacturer of smartphones but dissolved at the end of the 2011 season from a failure to find a new sponsor. High Road Sports was the management company of team manager Bob Stapleton. Past title sponsors include Columbia Sportswear and Deutsche Telekom.
