The Terranza Residences is a 33-storey under construction residential tower located at the corner of Arroyo Street and Iznart Street in Iloilo City Proper, Iloilo City, Philippines. [1] Upon completion, the building will be the tallest in Iloilo City as well as in Western Visayas. [2] [3]

Architecture and design

The architecture of the Terranza Residences is intricately designed to blend with the historical ambiance and elements of the city, owing to its proximity to Calle Real, a historic street in downtown Iloilo City. [4]

The building is located at Muelle Loney Street and Aduana Street along the Iloilo River and still houses the offices of the Bureau of Customs and the Bureau of Immigration in Iloilo City.
