Thanx is the seventh studio album by Japanese singer and songwriter Rina Aiuchi. It was released on March 25, 2009, through Giza Studio.
The album consists of three previous released singles, such as Kimi to no Deai ~good bye my days~ (君との出逢い ~good bye my days~), Friends/Sugao no mama (素顔のまま) and Ai no Kotoba (アイノコトバ).
A special website "Thanx 10th anniversary" was launched to promote album which includes self liner notes, message from Rina and preview tracks. [1]
This album is released in three formats: regular CD version (GZCA-5182) and limited "A" CD+DVD version (GZCA-5180) and limited "B" CD+DVD version (GZCA-5181). In limited "A" version is included DVD is included medley clips from "Rina♥Matsuri 2008". In limited "B" version is included DVD with three music videoclips of singles which were included in this album. [2]
The album reached No. 12 on the Oricon charts in its first week. It charted for six weeks and sold more than 20,000 copies. [3]

Rikako Kakiuchi, professionally known by her stage name, Rina Aiuchi and formerly known as R, is a Japanese singer, songwriter, businesswoman, fashion model, and YouTuber. Born in Higashiōsaka, Japan, she won the first season of the audition Super Starlight Contest, winning a recording contract with Giza Studio. Her eurobeat-sounding debut album, Be Happy (2001) was certified gold in Japan and spawned a top-five single, "Koi wa Thrill, Shock, Suspense", which served as the theme song to the Japanese anime television series Case Closed. Aiuchi's second album Power of Words became her best-selling album, selling over 419,000 copies nationwide and certificated platinum in Japan.
Giza Studio is a Japanese record label, music production company and music publisher based in Osaka, founded in 1998 by music producer Daiko Nagato. Giza's artists have provided numerous opening and ending themes for Anime television series such as Meitantei Conan, Project ARMS, MÄR and Tantei Gakuen Q.

It was released on 16 December 2009 by Giza Studio, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the singer's debut. The album contains all her thirty-three singles from the singer's first seven studio albums, as well as three new songs which were released as singles. The standard edition of the album contained the previously unreleased song, "Gift". The compilation album superseded Single Collection (2003), which contained twelve of the singer's first fifteen singles, except "Ohh! Paradise Taste!!", "Faith" and "Over Shine".
