B ZONE Incorporated (aka B ZONE Group), [3] formerly known as Being Incorporated (aka Being Giza Group), is a Japanese private entertainment conglomerate and recording label based in Tokyo's Roppongi district, founded on November 1, 1978 by music producer Daiko Nagato. [1] The company and its subsidiaries are the main supplier of theme music for the anime series Detective Conan . [4] As of May 2023, over 130 theme songs have been supplied to the anime television series and movies by the B ZONE Group. [5] On 4 April 2023, Being changed company name to B Zone. [3]

Controversy

In June 2001, the company (then named Being) and its subsidiary B+U+M [23] (now merged into Vermillion Records) was found to have failed to declare 840 million yen in income. [24] They were acquitted after the investigation. [23]

Miki Matsuhashi is a Japanese former singer and songwriter who was active between 2000 and 2003. She achieved national recognition for singing the theme song to the Japanese anime series Case Closed, "Destiny".

The discography of Japanese singer Mai Kuraki consists of fifteen studio albums, six compilation albums, twenty-three video albums, three remix albums, fifty-six singles, and sixteen promotional singles. Kuraki debuted in 1999, while she was still in high school, through Giza Studio. The label initially marketed Kuraki in the United States under the name Mai K, and released the single "Baby I Like" (1999). However, the single was a commercial failure which prompted the label to send her back to Japan. There, they released her single "Love, Day After Tomorrow", which peaked at number two on the Oricon Singles Chart and was certified million by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). The second single, "Stay by My Side" became her first number one single on the chart. Kuraki's debut album, Delicious Way, topped the Oricon Albums Chart and was certified triple million by the RIAJ.

<i>Case Closed</i> season 21 2012 season of anime television series

The twenty-first season of the Case Closed anime was directed by Kōjin Ochi and Yasuichiro Yamamoto and produced by TMS Entertainment and Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation. The series is based on Gosho Aoyama's Case Closed manga series. In Japan, the series is titled Detective Conan but was changed due to legal issues with the title Detective Conan. The series focuses on the adventures of teenage detective Shinichi Kudo who was turned into a child by a poison called APTX 4869, but continues working as a detective under the alias Conan Edogawa.

The Hills Pan Kōjō, often shortened to simply Pan Kōjō, is an indoor arena located in Kitahorie, Osaka, Japan. It is being operated by Giza Studio, the only major record company and label in Kansai region.
