B ZONE Incorporated (aka B ZONE Group), [3] formerly known as Being Incorporated (aka Being Giza Group), is a Japanese private entertainment conglomerate and recording label based in Tokyo's Roppongi district, founded on November 1, 1978 by music producer Daiko Nagato. [1] The company and its subsidiaries are the main supplier of theme music for the anime series Detective Conan . [4] As of May 2023, over 130 theme songs have been supplied to the anime television series and movies by the B ZONE Group. [5] On 4 April 2023, Being changed company name to B Zone. [3]

Controversy

In June 2001, the company (then named Being) and its subsidiary B+U+M [22] (now merged into Vermillion Records) was found to have failed to declare 840 million yen in income. [23] They were acquitted after the investigation. [22]

"Bad Apple!!" is the sixth track in the soundtrack of the 1998 bullet hell video game Lotus Land Story, the fourth entry in the Touhou Project series created by Team Shanghai Alice. The instrumental theme was originally designed to be played during the third stage of the game, as chiptune on the Japanese NEC PC-9800 computer platform, at 161 beats per minute using a frequency modulation synthesis chip. The Lotus Land Story version that has more than 1.4 million views on YouTube is a remake of the song from an official Touhou album named Akyu's Untouched Score Volume 1 and was released on the 21st of May, 2006.

Daiko Nagato is a Japanese musical producer, musical arranger, writer and composer. He's more known as a founder of music company B Zone, which provided million seller hits during the 1990s and with his music company provided more than 80 theme songs for anime television series Detective Conan. He was the charge recording producer for the following artist such as Boøwy, Loudness, TUBE, B'z, ZARD, WANDS, Maki Ohguro, DEEN, T-BOLAN, Mai Kuraki, Garnet Crow, Rina Aiuchi and Sard Underground.

The Hills Pan Kōjō, often shortened to simply Pan Kōjō, is an indoor arena located in Kitahorie, Osaka, Japan. It is being operated by Giza Studio, the only major record company and label in Kansai region.
