The Apartment: Passion For Design is the sixth season of the reality show competition The Apartment which is the longest running reality television show in Asia. [1] The contestants are 12 up-and-coming interior designers competing for a luxury apartment at Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Its judges are Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Tyler Wisler, and Cat Arambulo-Antonio. [2] [3] [4] With the sixth season an online digital series, The Apartment Unboxed, was launched including additional content. [1] Fashion designer Stephanie Dods won the competition becoming the second Filipino to win after Deankie and Tiara in Season 3.

As the competition begins, the first quick challenge tests the designer's knowledge of colours, tools, and famous designs and designers, while simultaneously placing them into one of four teams. Then they have to decorate the living room as the first main challenge. At the judging room, team Rocket win the challenge and team Vlad are the worst of the week. Laurence Roderick Llewelyn-Bowen is an English interior designer and television personality best known for appearing on the BBC programme Changing Rooms.
Top Design is an American reality television series. Interior designers competed to win cash and receive a spot in New York's Designer showcases. The first season premiered on January 31, 2007, following the season finale of Top Chef. Todd Oldham was the host, while famed potter and interior designer Jonathan Adler was lead judge. Kelly Wearstler and Margaret Russell also served as judges. Matt Lorenz was declared the winner. Although the first season received poor ratings, Bravo decided to air a second season starting September 3, 2008, with India Hicks as host and Oldham serving in the role of mentor, similar to Tim Gunn on Project Runway. Adler, Wearstler, and Russell returned as judges.
