The Art Institute of Salt Lake City is one of The Art Institutes, a system of more than 40 educational institutions located throughout North America, providing education in design, media arts, fashion and culinary arts.

The Art Institutes (AI) are a collection of art colleges partially owned by Dream Center Education Holdings (DCEH), a Pentecostal non-profit organization facing financial insolvency, and Education Principle Foundation, a non-profit Delaware corporation that changed its name on December 31, 2018.

Established in 2007, The Art Institute of Salt Lake City is a branch of The Art Institute of Las Vegas [2] and is owned by Education Management Corporation, which has headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. [3] The school's official opening was in January 2008. [4]

Draper is a city in Salt Lake and Utah counties in the U.S. state of Utah, located about 20 miles (32 km) south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 42,274, having grown from 7,143 in 1990. In 2020 the city plans to open the largest homeless shelter in the state of Utah, the homeless shelter will house between 3,000 and 4,000 local homeless persons.

The Art Institute of Colorado was a nonprofit institution owned and operated by Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC. It stopped enrolling students in 2017, It closed in 2018 ( after losing accreditation.

The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, a nonprofit institution owned and operated by Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, is not currently enrolling students. The Art Institute of Jacksonville was a for-profit institution of higher education in Jacksonville, Florida, and one of The Art Institutes, a corporate system of over 40 educational institutions throughout North America, providing education in design, media arts, fashion and culinary arts. The school, which opened in 2007, is a branch of the Miami International University of Art & Design.

The Art Institute of Vancouver is providing education in design, media arts, event management, fashion and culinary arts. In 2017, this institution has been acquired by LaSalle College and has been rebranded to reflect its new association to LaSalle College Vancouver.

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts- Scottsdale formerly Scottsdale Culinary Institute (SCI) is a career-focused school in Arizona specializing in culinary and hospitality education. Elizabeth Sherman Leite started Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1986. The College is owned by Career Education Corporation under a licensing agreement with Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The Institute is located in a former country club on a golf course and lakefront overlooking Camelback Mountain.

Pioneer Pacific College is an American post-secondary school in Oregon. Primarily offering Associate's degrees and certificate programs, the for profit school operates four campuses with the main branch in Wilsonville. Founded in 1981, academic programs include health care, business, criminal justice, information technology, and culinary arts. As of 2007, the school had an enrollment of 1,287 students.

Center for Culinary Arts, Manila (CCA) is an institution which provides culinary education in the Philippines. CCA, Manila was formally established in 1996 and is currently located in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. CCA, Manila has satellite campuses in Farmers Market, Cubao; a Restaurant School at SM Mall of Asia called Oceana and at Eastwood Mall called CCA Kitchen. CCA offers diploma and certificate programs accredited by the accrediting commission of the American Culinary Federation. The school also offers basic courses for beginners and professionals as well as international degree succession and certification.

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is a culinary school group with campuses in Boulder, Colorado and Austin, Texas. The school specializes in culinary and pastry arts education, offering accredited diploma and degree programs for both subjects. Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts made history when it became the first cooking institution to offer an online culinary arts and pastry arts diploma program through its accredited Boulder campus.

Kendall College at National Louis University is a private college in Chicago, Illinois specializing in culinary arts and hospitality management. Kendall is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The Culinary Arts Associate and Baking and Pastry Associate programs are accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission.
