Alexzandra Spencer "Alexz" Johnson is a Canadian singer-songwriter, record producer, actress and philanthropist. Her debut album Voodoo was independently released in 2010, followed by the demo release of The Basement Recordings in 2011, with its sequel, The Basement Recordings II, and EP Skipping Stone in 2012. The Basement Recordings III was released in 2013. A follow-up extended play Heart followed in 2014; with her sophomore effort Let 'Em Eat Cake being released October of that year. Johnson's third studio album A Stranger Time was released in 2017.

Someday at Christmas is a Christmas album by Stevie Wonder, released on November 27, 1967 under Motown Records. It was his eighth studio album release. The album re-released in 1978 with different cover art and different catalog number. Someday at Christmas was re-released as part of Universal Music's Christmas Edition of their successful 20th Century Masters series in 2003 with additional tracks. The title song was previously released as a single in 1966 and reached #24 on the Billboard Christmas singles chart that year.

Jessica Rose James Decker is an American country pop singer, songwriter and reality television personality. At age 15, after auditioning for and being rejected by most of the country labels in Nashville, Tennessee, James began working on refining her craft with Carla Wallace of Big Yellow Dog Music. Initially released to digital retailers in 2007 without the promotion of a record label, the album was physically released on August 5, 2008 via Mercury Nashville Records. Under Mercury's promotion and distribution, the album has accounted for two singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. The first of these, "In Color", became Johnson's first Top Ten country hit when it peaked at number 9 in early 2009. This song also earned him an Academy of Country Music award win and Grammy Award nomination. Its followup, "High Cost of Living", reached number 34 on the same chart.

Pentatonix is an American a cappella group from Arlington, Texas, consisting of vocalists Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee. Characterized by their pop-style arrangements with vocal harmonies, basslines, riffing, percussion, and beatboxing, they produce cover versions of modern pop works or Christmas songs, sometimes in the form of medleys, along with original material. Pentatonix formed in 2011 and subsequently won the third season of NBC's The Sing-Off, receiving $200,000 and a recording contract with Sony Music. When Sony's Epic Records dropped the group after The Sing-Off, the group formed its YouTube channel, distributing its music through Madison Gate Records, a label owned by Sony Pictures. Their YouTube channel currently has over 16 million subscribers and 3.7 billion views. The group's video tribute to Daft Punk had received over 300 million views as of January 2019.
