The Mighty Avengers was an English pop group, formed by Tony Campbell in 1962 at Rugby, England.
The group was managed by Danny Betesh of Kennedy Street Artistes. He negotiated a recording deal with Andrew Loog Oldham, who at the same time, also managed The Rolling Stones. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards wrote the group's only hit, "So Much in Love", [1] which spent two weeks in the UK Singles Chart, reaching number 46 at the end of 1964. [2] The song fared better in Australia, reaching number 22.
The group released several more singles, including "Hide Your Pride [3] and "Blue Turns To Grey" which all failed to chart. [2] The band split up in the mid-1960s, though several members later joined the group Jigsaw, which had several chart hits in the mid-1970s.
In June 2011, their former band member, Mike Linnell, appeared as a contestant on the Channel 4 game show, Countdown . [4]

The group was named after their keyboardist Manfred Mann, who later led the successful 1970s group Manfred Mann's Earth Band. The band had two different lead vocalists, Paul Jones from 1962 to 1966 and Mike d'Abo from 1966 to 1969. Chicago 19 is the sixteenth studio album by American rock band Chicago, released on June 20, 1988. After recording Chicago 18 with David Foster, the band worked primarily with producers Ron Nevison and Chas Sandford for this album. Their Full Moon Records imprint moved to Reprise Records. This is the final album to feature the band's original drummer Danny Seraphine, who was dismissed from the group in 1990.

The Dynamic Hepnotics were an Australian soul, blues and funk band which formed in 1979 and disbanded in 1986. This was the band's second rarities album, the former being The Searchers Play The System – Rarities, Oddities & Flipsides, which was released in 1987.
