The Oklahoma Kid is a German metalcore band based out of Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern first formed in 2012.

History

Their formation began in 2012, consisting of vocalist and frontman Tomm Brümmer, drummer David J. Burtscher, guitarists Fred Stölzel and Robert Elfenbein, and bassist Andreas Reinhard and since the establishment the Oklahoma Kid have consistently pushed the envelope, setting the pace for their foundation in the German metal scene. Their debut EP "Fortuneteller" was released in 2014. One year later the band added a second EP "Doppelganger" to their repertoire and was produced by Aljoscha Sieg. With the help of video director Pavel Trebukhin, the Oklahoma Kid created their first music video for their hit-single ‘Scharlatan’, for which they received the national PopFish Music Video Award. Afterwards, the band toured Germany with Stick to Your Guns, Carnifex, Evergreen Terrace, and Hatebreed. In 2019, the Oklahoma Kid released their first album "Solarray". [1] [2] The band released their second album in 2022 titled "Tangerine Tragic" with a music video for the single "Melt Into You" from the said album and once again teamed up with Trebukhin for the video production. [3] [4] In 2024, they released a music video for the song "Ignoranz" directed by Sven Int-Veen. [5] A month later, the quintet released yet another video titled "Masquerade" for the upcoming EP "Featherminded" which was released in August 2024. [6] [7]

Kids in Glass Houses are a Welsh pop rock band from Cardiff. The band achieved success on the strength of the singles "Give Me What I Want" and "Saturday" from their debut album Smart Casual in 2008. The band released their second album Dirt in early 2010, releasing four singles, most notably "Matters at All". The band's third album, In Gold Blood, was released on 15 August 2011. Their fourth album, Peace, was released on 30 September 2013. The band announced their split in January 2014 and played their final show at Cardiff's Great Hall on 31 October 2014.

Formed in 2004, the band consists of lead vocalist Chris "Motionless" Cerulli, guitarists Ryan Sitkowski and Ricky "Horror" Olson, drummer Vinny Mauro and bassist Justin Morrow. Cerulli is the only member of the original line-up that remains in the band. The group has stated that their band name derived from the Eighteen Visions song "Motionless and White".

Makari is an American rock band from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2011. The band currently consists of vocalist Andy Cizek, guitarists Matt Beljan and Eric Stewart, bass guitarist John Tomasso, and drummer Kevin Beljan.

Satyr was an American progressive metal, post-hardcore band from Atlanta, Georgia composed of vocalists and guitarists Michael Campbell, Janald Long, and drummer Brody Taylor Smith, who were signed to Kill Iconic Records. They released two studio albums, their acclaimed independent debut, Locus (2020) and Totem (2022) via Kill Iconic.
