The thirty-fifth series of the British reality television programme The Only Way Is Essex began airing on 17 August 2025. ^[1] In April 2025, it was announced that the programme would move back to its original channel ITV2, following the closure of ITVBe in June 2025. ^{[2] [3]} It is the first series to air on ITV2 since the twelfth series in 2014. ^[4] Filming began in June 2025, with several of the episodes being filmed in Portugal. ^{[5] [6] [7]} In a schedule change for this series, the programme airs on Sunday and Monday. ^[8]
