The Peak is a twin tower luxury apartment complex located at Setiabudi, within the Golden Triangle CBD in Jakarta. [2]

Description

It was designed by DP Architects and comprises four towers. Towers 1 and 2 have 55 storeys and a height of 218.5 m,. [2] while Towers 3 and 4 have 35 storeys. [1]

In 2006, the year The Peak was opened, it was featured by Images Publishing Australia in its book 50 of the World's Best Apartments. [3]

Structural design engineers

Davy Sukamta & Partners - Structural Engineers, Indonesia, were the structural design engineers for the project. [2]

The Golden Triangle of Jakarta or can also be referred to as Medan Merdeka–Thamrin–Sudirman Axis or Sudirman–Thamrin–Kuningan Axis, is a roughly triangular area in the center of Jakarta, Indonesia, extending from Central Jakarta to South Jakarta. Most of the city's tallest skyscrapers, office buildings and foreign embassies are located in the area, which is the main CBD of Jakarta.
