The Plaza is a high-rise commercial and residential building on Beach Road in Kallang, Singapore. The complex consists of a 30-storey residential and commercial tower and an 8-storey building housing The Plaza Parkroyal hotel. One of the Poshest residential in the center of the central, Arab street, Bugis and marina skyline facing .

The tower has a distinctive triangular prism design, with each face being concave.

Embassy of Zimbabwe is located on the 13th floor of The Plaza whereas the Honorary Consulate of Belarus can be found on the 16th floor of the building.

The Manhattan Gardens, also known as the Manhattan Gardens at Araneta City is a 5.7-hectare (14-acre) transit-oriented residential development located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. The project is a joint-venture project between the Araneta Group and the Megaworld Corporation, and marketed under Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of the Megaworld Corporation. The development is currently under development with 1 tower topped off and 10 out of the 18 buildings completed, with 7 more towers set to be constructed in the pipeline.

The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
