China International Trust and Investment (CITIC) Plaza is an 80-storey, 391 m (1,283 ft) office skyscraper in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. Its structural height includes two antenna-like spires on the top. Completed in June 1997, it was the tallest concrete building in the world until the completion of the Trump Tower Chicago, and the tallest in China. Currently, it ranks as the eighteenth-tallest building in China, 24th-tallest in Asia, and 35th-tallest worldwide.
Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.

Tower 1, at 302 metres tall with 65 floors, is the ninth-tallest building in Europe. Tower 2, at 345 metres tall with 79 floors, is the tallest residential building in Europe and the fourth-tallest building in Europe. The complex was completed in 2020.
Thamrin Nine is a mixed-use development complex in Jakarta, Indonesia. It covers an area of approximately 570,000 square metres with office, retail, residential, hotels, sports and entertainment facilities. Its centrepiece, the Autograph Tower, is the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere. The complex will have three office and apartment towers with a retail podium that connects the towers. The developer of the complex is PT Putragaya Wahana (PGW), who is also the developer of adjacent UOB Plaza.

The development is currently under development with 1 tower topped off and 10 out of the 18 buildings completed, with 7 more towers set to be constructed in the pipeline.
The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
