The Proposal is a reality dating series based on the American series of the same name that premiered on Seven Network on 27 August 2019. [1] The show is hosted by Luke Jacobz. [2] The series will feature same-sex participants. [3]

A bachelor or bachelorette is hidden from view, and 10 contestants must introduce themselves and answer questions posed by the bachelor or bachelorette. Contestants are eliminated until the end of the hour, when the bachelor or bachelorette can choose to propose to one of the final two candidates. [4]

Due to dismal ratings, the program was bumped to 9.30pm from Episode 4. [5] The program was axed in January 2020. [6]

Strahan previously appeared on the first season of The Bachelorette Australia featuring Sam Frost, where he finished in third place.

Bachelor in Paradise Australia is an Australian elimination-style reality competition television series which is an adaptation of the U.S. series of the same name. It is a spin-off of The Bachelor Australia and The Bachelorette Australia and features previous contestants who have been featured on those shows. The programme is hosted by Osher Günsberg and first premiered on Network Ten on 25 March 2018.

The Masked Singer Australia is an Australian reality television singing competition show hosted that premiered on Network 10 on 23 September 2019. Hosted by Osher Günsberg, the show is based on the international music game show franchise Masked Singer which originated from the South Korean television program King of Mask Singer. The show is filmed at Disney Studios Australia, formerly called Fox Studios Australia. In February 2023, it was announced that the series had been renewed for a fifth season, which is set to air in September 2023.

The eighth season of The Bachelor premiered on 12 August 2020. This season features Locky Gilbert, a 30-year-old adventure tour guide from Perth, Western Australia. Gilbert previously appeared on the fourth and seventh seasons of Australian Survivor, where he finished in fifth and twelfth place respectively.

Drunk History Australia is an Australian educational comedy television series based on the American series of the same name, which is in turn based on the web series Funny or Die.

The seventh season of The Bachelorette Australia premiered on Wednesday, 20 October 2021. In a world first, the season features Brooke Blurton, a 26 year old social worker from Melbourne, Victoria, who is the first bisexual Bachelorette in The Bachelor franchise history, courting 10 men and 10 women. She is also Australia's first Indigenous lead. Brooke previously appeared on the sixth season of The Bachelor Australia, where she finished in third place; and the second season of Bachelor in Paradise Australia.

The third season of The Masked Singer Australia was renewed in October 2020 and premiered on Monday, 13 September 2021. Osher Günsberg returned as the show's host. In the Grand Finale on 5 October 2021, Anastacia was revealed as the winner, Em Rusciano was the runner-up, and Axle Whitehead, was third.

The fourth season of The Masked Singer Australia was announced in October 2021 and premiered on Network 10 on 7 August 2022. In the Grand Finale on 28 August 2022, The winner was revealed to be Melody Thornton as “Mirrorball”, the runner-up was Sheldon Riley as “Snapdragon”, and third place was Hugh Sheridan as “Rooster”.
