The band recorded several singles that reached the U.S. top 10 during the 1980s, including "Walk Like an Egyptian" (1986), "Manic Monday" (1986), "Hazy Shade of Winter" (1987), "In Your Room" (1988), and "Eternal Flame" (1989).

Exposé is an American freestyle vocal group formed in 1984 in Miami, Florida. The group primarily consisted of lead vocalists Jeanette Jurado, Ann Curless, and Gioia Bruno, who achieved much of their success between 1984 and 1993. They became the first group to attain four top-10 entries on the Billboard Hot 100 since their debut album, including their 1988 number-one single "Seasons Change." As an all-female group, Exposé’s seven consecutive Top 10 hits on the US Hot 100 landed them only behind The Supremes nine consecutive Top 10 hits for most Top 10 hits by an all-female group. In March 2015, Billboard magazine named the group the eighth most-successful girl group of all-time.

Victoria Anne Theresa Peterson Cowsill is an American rock musician and songwriter. She has been the lead guitarist for the Bangles since their foundation in 1981. After their first disbandment in 1989, she has returned to the band for all subsequent reunions. In intervening years, she has performed with other artists, most extensively with the Continental Drifters.
Brooks & Dunn is an American country music duo consisting of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, both of whom are vocalists and songwriters. The duo was founded in 1990 through the suggestion of songwriter and record producer Tim DuBois. Before their formation, both members were solo recording artists, having charted two solo singles apiece in the 1980s. Brooks also released an album for Capitol Records in 1989 and wrote hit singles for other artists.
Jules Mark Shear is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He wrote the Cyndi Lauper hit single "All Through the Night", the Bangles' hit "If She Knew What She Wants", and the Ignatius Jones and Allison Moyet hit "Whispering Your Name" and charted a hit as a performer with "Steady" in 1985.
Diamond Rio is an American country music band. The band was founded in 1982 as an attraction for the Opryland USA theme park in Nashville, Tennessee, and was originally known as the Grizzly River Boys, then the Tennessee River Boys. It was founded by Matt Davenport, Danny Gregg, and Ty Herndon, the last of whom became a solo artist in the mid-1990s. After undergoing several membership changes in its initial years, the band consisted of the same six members from 1989 to 2022: Marty Roe, Gene Johnson, Jimmy Olander, Brian Prout (drums), Dan Truman (keyboards), and Dana Williams. After Prout and Johnson both departed in 2022, they were replaced by Micah Schweinsberg and Carson McKee respectively.
Susanna Lee Hoffs is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She, Debbi Peterson, and Vicki Peterson founded the Bangles in 1981. They released their first album All Over the Place on Columbia Records in 1984. Their second album, Different Light, contained the US number two single "Manic Monday" and number one single "Walk Like an Egyptian". The group's third album, Everything (1988), included the US top-ten charting "In Your Room" and number one "Eternal Flame", both written by Hoffs with Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. Following tensions and resentment of Hoffs's perceived leadership, the band split in 1989, reformed in 1999, and released the albums Doll Revolution (2003) and Sweetheart of the Sun (2011).

LFO are an American pop and hip hop band formed in 1995 and consisted of singers Brad Fischetti, Rich Cronin, and Brian "Brizz" Gillis. In 1998, Gillis left the group and was replaced by Devin Lima. The group disbanded after Cronin's death in 2010 but briefly reunited in 2017 before Lima's death a year later.
Terri Lynn Sauson, known professionally as Terri Clark is a Canadian country music singer who has had success in both Canada and the United States. Signed to Mercury Records in 1995, she released her self-titled debut that year. Both it and its two follow-ups, 1996's Just the Same and 1998's How I Feel, were certified platinum in both countries, and produced several Top Ten country hits.

Seven is the 7th studio album by American rock band Enuff Z'Nuff, which was originally released in Japan as Brothers under the band name Chip & Donnie in 1994. Seven was initially intended to form one half of a double-album for the Japanese market, paired with the record that would eventually become the album Tweaked. The sessions were split into two separate discs, with the pop sounding Brothers album getting re-branded as an Enuff Z'nuff album in 1997 for its US release. As well as the re-titling and new artwork, Seven contains two bonus tracks not available on the original Brothers CD.

Enuff Z'Nuff's latest studio release of new material, named Brainwashed Generation, was released in July 2020. A 3-disc compilation of unreleased material, Never Enuff, was released by Cleopatra Records in August 2021. A Beatles' Tribute Album named "Hardrock Nite" came out in 2021. Their newest release, Finer than Sin, will come out November 11, 2022 through Frontiers Records. It will be the 4th consecutive album with Chip Z'nuff taking over lead vocals.

"It's Up to You" is a song by Norwegian rock girl band the Tuesdays, released in 1998 as the first single from their second album, The Tuesdays (1998). Produced by Ole Evenrud, it was well received by music critics and became a hit in Norway, peaking at number 11 on VG-lista and number three on the radio chart Ti i skuddet. It also charted in the Netherlands. Outside Europe, the single hit success in Canada and the US, peaking at number 15 on the RPM Top Singles chart and number 55 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also reached number 23 on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40, and was played on heavy rotation on two of the most important Top 40 radio-stations in the US; WPLJ New York and KIIS-FM Los Angeles. A music video was filmed in L.A., directed by David Hogan.
