The Voice of Holland (season 3) was the third season of the Dutch reality singing competition, created by media tycoon John de Mol and the first sophomore season ever of the show's format. It was aired from August to December 2012 on RTL4.
One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner.
Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk, who was co-hosting season two, remained as co-hosts. Winston Gerschtanowitz was interviewing the contestants and their inmates backstage.
Nick & Simon and Roel van Velzen returned for their third and final season as coaches, while Marco Borsato returned for his second season. Angela Groothuizen was replaced by singer Trijntje Oosterhuis. She won in her first season through her team contestant Leona Philippo in the final held on 14 December 2012 against over Johannes Rypma for Team Nick & Simon who came runner-up. Leona Philippo's win came with 56% of the votes in her favor. The ratings for the last show where the highest ratings The Voice of Holland ever had. 4.6 million people watched the show.

The Voice of Holland, also known by its acronym TVOH, is a Dutch reality TV singing competition that became a global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol and musician Roel van Velzen in the Netherlands and airs on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, The Voice of Holland was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. Starting from the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen.
The Voice is a reality talent show. The series is part of the franchise The Voice and is based on a similar competition format in the Netherlands, The Voice of Holland. The show is hosted by Carson Daly, with Alison Haislip serving as the backstage and social networking correspondent, and the coaches, all well-known musicians, were Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. The inaugural season premiered April 26, 2011, and ended on June 29, 2011, with the live finale.

Leona Philippo is a Canadian-born Dutch singer-songwriter of Jamaican origin. On 14 December 2012, she won the title for season 3 of the Dutch reality television music competition The Voice of Holland. She is also often credited simply as Leona.

Host Martijn Krabbé, as well as the four coaches from the previous season, Lil Kleine, Waylon, Ali B and Anouk all returned, while Wendy van Dijk left to move to SBS6 and was replaced by Chantal Janzen as a host with Krabbé, also Jamai Loman was replaced by Geraldine Kemper as a backstage host.
