Theodore Yates (born 28 February 1995) is an Australian cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team Memil Pro Cycling. [1] He has won two stages of the Tour of Iran (Azerbaijan) - stage 6 in the 2015 Tour and stage 6 in the 2017 Tour. [2] He also won stage 6 of the 2017 Tour of Thailand. [3] All three of these victories have been in the final stage of the tour.
Ghader Mizbani Iranagh is an Iranian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2018 for the Telekom Malaysia Cycling Team, the Giant Asia Racing Team, Brisaspor, the Tabriz Petrochemical Team and the Tabriz Shahrdary Team. Mizbani won the overall standings of the UCI Asia Tour twice – in 2005–06 and 2008–09. During his career, Askari was suspended for one year for doping in 2013 and 2014.

He won the gold medal in the points race at the 2013 Track Cycling World Championships. Following a doping ban in 2016, he won the young rider classification in the 2017 Tour de France and the general classification in the 2018 Vuelta a España. Yates has taken more than thirty professional victories, including ten Grand Tour stage victories – six at the Giro d'Italia and two each at the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España.
