Thomas Adda Dalu (born 1 January 1956) is a Ghanaian politician and member of the National Democratic Congress. He is the member of parliament for the Chiana-Paga Constituency in the Upper East Region of Ghana. [1] [2] [3]

Paga is a town in Upper East Region of Ghana, lying north of Bolgatanga. Paga is the capital of Kassena Nankana West District, a district in the Upper East Region in the northern part of Ghana.
