Thomas Mashaba (born Khutsong, Gauteng, South Africa) is a professional boxer in the featherweight division holding the lightly regarded IBO title.

His KO over Eric Aiken was voted South Africa's KO of the year 2007 (according to Fightnews). He lost an upset decision to Cristobal Cruz in March 2008, a major setback in his hopes for a title shot.

John Henry Steenhuisen is a South African politician who has been serving as the Federal Leader of the Democratic Alliance since 1 November 2020. He was the interim leader of the party from November 2019 to November 2020. He became Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly in October 2019. Steenhuisen served as the Chief Whip of the Official Opposition under Mmusi Maimane from May 2014 to October 2019. He has been serving as a Member of the National Assembly since July 2011. The team's main objectives are to qualify and play at the All-Africa Games and Olympic Games. The team has played at three All-Africa Games and one Olympic tournament. Players who are selected, will be 23 or younger in the following Olympic year. With the next Olympics being held in London in 2012, players need to have been born on or after 1 January 1989.
