Timber City Academy (also referred to as "TCA" and formerly called the Butuan Chinese School) is a private Filipino Chinese school in Butuan, Philippines. It currently follows the new K to 12 curricula of the Department of Education. It presently offers pre-school, elementary, junior high school and senior high school education. The school was founded in 1946 after the end of the second World War as a educational institute for Chinese Filipinos who were living in poverty at the time.

Inscribed on the seal is the word Butban in stylized Kawi. Butban was presumed to stand for Butuan. The ivory seal is now housed at the National Museum of the Philippines.

The mall was supposed to be opened on April 17, 2020, however it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines, and the date of it was moved to November 13, 2020. It is located at J.C. Aquino Avenue, Brgy. Lapu-Lapu, Butuan.
