Tishma is a pop rock singer, songwriter, rapper, pianist, guitarist, musician, music composer and music producer in the U.S.A Bangladesh. She's the first Bangladeshi Hollywood celebrity. She is also known as the "Rock Princess of Bangladesh" by fans. [1] [2] [3] She plays a variety of musical instruments such as piano, guitar, keyboard, and drums, and is Bangladesh's first and only female music composer and music producer. Career

As of 2020, Tishma has released fifteen solo albums. [3] [6] [8] Tishma made her debut as a child artist with her album Tara in late December 2002. [6] From then on, Tishma has worked with other music genres, such as R&B, ballads, and funk.[ citation needed ]

In 2011, Tishma's album Xperiment came out. The next year, she released Xperiment ReloadeD, and in 2013, she released Hypnotized. [9] [10] [11] [12] In 2014, Tishma released her next solo album, Rockstar. [3] [13] A documentary video album of Tishma named The Rock Princess – Xposed, was released in 2013 or 2014. [14] In 2015, she released MesmerizeD, [1] which contained English tracks and is the first original English album released by a Bangladeshi artist. [15] [16] In 2016, Tishma's thirteenth solo album, Royalty, was released. From this album, "Mone Mone Tomake Bhalobashi Mone Hoe" was released as a single in the same year. [17] [18]

Following 'Royalty' in 2016, Tishma next released two more of her own written and composed solo albums titled 'X' (2018) and '2020' (2020) respectively. It is currently not yet known when her upcoming new album will be released. [19]

Education and biography

Tishma spent a large part of her early childhood in various parts of Europe, [2] beginning her formal education in the UK. [2] [20]

Originally a classically trained musician, [4] [21] Tishma began her musical education at a very early age; [3] [20] she was playing piano by age four, [4] [21] [22] and studied European classical music and music theory under ABRSM. [23] She also received talim (musical education) in Indian classical music and later studied Tagore songs and folk music. [4] [21] [23] She has released songs in a variety of genres such as rock, Bangla folk, opera, rap, classical, experimental, alternative, Nazrul, Rabindra Sangeet and Adhunik. [2] [20]

Alongside having released most of her albums while in school, Tishma has 10 A's in O levels (in one sitting) [1] [24] and 5 A's in A levels. [2] [25] [26] In 2014, she took a break from music production to attend college to study engineering. [27]

Shikari is a 2016 Bangladesh-India joint venture Action thriller film directed by Joydip Mukherjee and Zakir Hossain Simanto. Produced by Abdul Aziz and Himanshu Dhanuka under the Jaaz Multimedia and Eskay Movies banners and it stars Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan, Srabanti Chatterjee, Rahul Dev and Sabyasachi Chakrabarty in pivotal roles and centers around Khan, a disguised professional assassin with mysterious past, tasked with assassinating a top government official. The film also features Amit Hasan, Kharaj Mukherjee, and Shupriyo Dutta in supporting roles. The soundtrack album and background score of the film was composed by Indraadip Dasgupta.

The film marked as the second collaboration between Sohani Hossain and Shakib Khan after the huge success of Swatta (2017) and the second collaboration between Shahed Sharif Khan and Shakib Khan after the 2004 film Hridoy Shudhu Tomar Jonno.

Prince Mahmud is a Bangladeshi lyricist, composer and music director. He has been writing and composing songs for solo and joint albums of band artists in Bangladesh since the 90's. Many of his songs gained wide popularity. His first mixed album Shakti (1995) propelled his journey as a composer of mixed albums, which immediately garnered him a massive success. In a career spanning more than three decades, Mahmud has released 50 albums including solo, duets and mixed. He is widely regarded as the greatest lyricist and composer of his time.

Zahara Mitu is a Bangladeshi film actress and presenter. She started her career with the beauty pageant Miss World Bangladesh 2017. She made her debut in Bangladesh film industry in 2019 by acting in the film Agun. His first released film, Jai Bangla, was released in 2022.
