Todd Andrew Kirby is an American attorney and politician serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from the 44th district. [4] Elected on November 8, 2022, he assumed office on December 1, 2022. Kirby announced in November, 2023, that he would no longer be seeking reelection to the House of Delegates, but would instead be running for Circuit Court Judge in West Virginia's 14th Circuit. [5]

Biography

Kirby was born in Beckley, West Virginia to parents Beverly and Stephen Kirby. Kirby is married to a teacher, and they have two children together. He graduated from Liberty High School in 2003. He practices family law and personal injury law after graduating with a JD degree from Liberty University School of Law. [6]
