Todd L. Schuler (born January 20,1977) is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party.
Schuler was born in Baltimore,Maryland. His father,Leonard G. Schuler,is a business agent for Plumbers and Steamfitters U.A.,Local 486. His mother,K. Michelle Schuler,is an office manager at the Career Development and Placement Center at Loyola College in Maryland. He attended Calvert Hall College High School,Spring Hill College and the Tulane University School of Law.
He was active with both the Maryland Bar Association,the Maryland Association for Justice,and with local Democratic Party organizations before his election. He is active in the Elmwood Improvement Association. Todd is a practicing attorney. He lives in Overlea with his wife,Colleen.
Delegate Schuler served one term in the Maryland House of Delegates,representing Maryland's District 8 in Baltimore County. Schuler was a member of the Judiciary Committee and a member of its Civil Law and Procedure Subcommittee since his appointment and a member of its Criminal Justice Subcommittee since February,2009.
In January 2009,Delegate Schuler became the first member of the Maryland General Assembly to report live the General Assembly Session via Twitter.[ citation needed ]

Joseph C. Boteler III is an American politician who was elected in 2002 to represent District 8 of the Maryland House of Delegates in Baltimore County along with Alfred W. Redmer Jr. and Eric Bromwell. Alfred W. Redmer Jr. resigned in 2003 to accept an appointment as Maryland Insurance Commissioner and was replaced by John Cluster. In 2006,he won again along with Eric M. Bromwell and Todd Schuler.

Margaret L. "Maggie" McIntosh is an American politician from the state of Maryland. She was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1993 to 2023. She is a former Baltimore City Public School teacher who now chairs one of the six standing committees of the Maryland House of Delegates. A Democrat,she represented the state's 43rd district in Baltimore City. Following her retirement from the Maryland House of Delegates in 2023,McIntosh has worked as a senior consultant at the Cornerstone Government Affairs lobbying group.
Michael D. Smigiel Sr. was an American politician who was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates,where he represented District 36,which covers Caroline,Cecil,Kent,and Queen Anne's Counties. He was first elected in 2002 along with fellow Republicans Richard Sossi and Mary Roe Walkup after the legislative boundaries were redrawn. Prior to 2002,District 36 had a separate representative for Cecil,Kent,and Queen Anne's Counties. After combining the districts,Smigiel won the seat previously occupied by former Elkton Mayor,James Crouse. Crouse was appointed to the seat in July 2001 following Governor Parris Glendenning's appointment of longtime Elkton Delegate Ronald A. Guns to the Public Service Commission. In 2006,he defeated Democratic challenger Mark Guns for reelection. In the 2006 election,the voting method returned to voting for a representative for each county.
