Tom Baumgart (born 12 November 1997) is a German professional footballer who plays as a forward for Chemnitzer FC. [1]
Born in Freiberg, Baumgart played for SV Mulda and Chemnitzer FC before, in June 2018, Baumgart signed for Erzgebirge Aue. [2] In November 2019, Baumgart extended his contract with Erzgebirge Aue by a further two years. [3]
On 8 June 2023, Baumgart agreed to join Hallescher FC. [4]

The NOFV-Oberliga Süd is the fifth tier of the German football league system in the southern states of the former East Germany. It covers the German states of Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Saxony and southern Brandenburg. It is one of fourteen Oberligas in German football. Until the introduction of the 3.
