Thomas Norman Sutherland "Buster" is a former competitive rifle shooter from New Zealand.

Born Masterton 30 December 1932. Died Havelock North November 2008. Eldest child of Thomas Tallentire Sutherland and Emma Sutherland (née Oakley)

At the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games he won the bronze medal in the men's fullbore rifle event. ^[1]
