Torrenza Towers Condos & Spa is planned as two high-rise towers located at Avenida Rodolfo T. Loaiza, Playa Las Gaviotas, in the city of Mazatlán state of Sinaloa in Mexico. As of April 2011 [update] , no construction has taken place. The two towers, named Milan and Florence, are planned to become the tallest skyscrapers in the Mexican Pacific, taller than the 2000 Oceanic located in the city of Acapulco, although this is not currently true.

Claims by buyers include deceit, collusion with partnering companies for resale of buyers' existing time shares, promises of rental sales, and the suspension of maintenance costs during construction phase. The Trump International Hotel and Tower is a skyscraper condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The building, named after businessman and current U.S. President Donald Trump was designed by architect Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Bovis Lend Lease built the 98-story structure, which reaches a height of 1,388 feet (423.2 m) including its spire, its roof topping out at 1,171 feet (357 m). It is next to the main branch of the Chicago River, with a view of the entry to Lake Michigan beyond a series of bridges over the river. The building received publicity when the winner of the first season of The Apprentice reality television show, Bill Rancic, chose to manage the construction of the tower over managing a new Trump National Golf Course and resort in Los Angeles.
The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, also known as the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, is a 70-story, 781 feet (238 m) skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in Downtown Miami's Brickell Financial District, it is the second tallest building in Miami as well as in Florida. The tower contains a Four Seasons Hotel property, office space and several residential condominium units on the upper floors.
Living Shangri-la is a mixed-use skyscraper in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and is the tallest building in the city and province. The 62-storey Shangri-La tower contains a 5-star hotel and its offices on the first 15 floors, with condominium apartment units occupying the rest of the tower. The building's podium complex also includes a spa, Urban Fare specialty grocery store, a Vancouver Art Gallery public display, and a curated public sculpture garden. The high-rise stands 201.2 m (660 ft) tall and there is a private roof garden on floor 61. It is the 33rd tallest building in Canada.
One Rincon Hill is an upscale residential complex on the apex of Rincon Hill in San Francisco, California, United States. The complex, designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates and developed by Urban West Associates, consists of two skyscrapers that share a common townhouse podium. It is part of the San Francisco Skyline and is visible from Mt. Diablo, Port of Oakland and San Francisco.
The Arriva Towers were planned complex of three residential towers in Calgary, Alberta, only one of which has been opened.
LUMINA, also known as 201 Folsom Street, is a 655-unit residential condominium project in the Rincon Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. Developed by Tishman Speyer, it is located one block to the southwest of its sister project, The Infinity.
Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion shopping and mixed-use project in Miami, Florida. When finished, it will span up to five blocks to the west of Brickell Avenue and to the south of the Miami River, in the Brickell district of Greater Downtown. It will be anchored by a 107,000 square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue, Cinemex, and Italian food hall. The project is located between 7th and 8th Streets on both sides of South Miami Avenue and east of South Miami Ave on the north side of 7th Street. Additionally, it may expand to develop two more blocks that Swire already owns at 700 Brickell Avenue and SE 6 Street.
The Villa Magna Condominium Complex was an urban development that was planned to rise on a 2.5-acre (1.0-hectare) plot in Brickell, downtown Miami, Florida. It was approved in 2006 by the city council and the Federal Aviation Administration and construction was slated to begin in April 2007. The ending date was approximated to be late 2008 or early 2009; however, the housing crisis of the late 2000s halted the project. The project was revived as The Towers by Foster + Partners in 2016, after FAA approval of supertall heights.
The Murano is a residential skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia. Part of a condominium boom occurring in the city, the Murano was announced in 2005 and was developed jointly by Thomas Properties Group and P&A Associates. The building, named after Murano, Italy, was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$165 million. The site, previously occupied by a parking lot, was the location of the Erlanger Theatre from 1927 to 1978.
One Bloor, previously One Bloor East and Number One Bloor, is a mixed-use skyscraper at the intersection of Bloor Street and Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The project was initially launched by developer Bazis International Inc. in 2007, before being cancelled and re-developed under developer Great Gulf Homes. As of 2018, it is the 10th tallest residential building outside of Asia and the 40th tallest residential building in the world.
Aura is a mixed-use skyscraper completed in 2014 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the final phase of a series of new condominium buildings near College Park in Toronto's Downtown Yonge district. It is part of the Residences of College Park project, and construction lasted from 2010 to 2014. With 79 floors, it has more floors than any other building in Canada. As of 2018, it is the tallest residential building in Canada and the 25th tallest residential building in the world.
Turnberry Towers is a 45-story twin tower condominium complex in Winchester, Nevada, near the Las Vegas Strip. Initially, plans were announced in 1998 for Great Masters, a $300 million condominium project consisting of 56-story twin towers. The land was sold in 2000 to Turnberry Associates, which announced plans to build Madison Towers on the property. The $250 million condominium project would include 25-story twin towers, but the start of construction was delayed due to poor economic conditions as a result of the September 11 attacks. Conditions improved and the project was redesigned to be larger, with the new name of Turnberry Towers. Construction of the first tower began in June 2005, and was finished in 2007, followed by the completion of the second tower a year later.
Allure Las Vegas is a single tower residential complex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The complex includes the 41-story, 466 ft (142 m) Allure Las Vegas - Tower I. Tower I was built between 2005 and 2007 and was designed by EDI Architecture. Construction was managed by Bovis Lend Lease.
One Queensridge Place is the name given to two residential skyscrapers located on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley in the highly affluent Queensridge neighborhood of Summerlin, Nevada. Construction began in 2005 and concluded in 2007. The buildings are twins, measuring approximately 233.5 feet (71.2 m) high. Each tower has 20 constructed floors with curtain wall facades and distinctive architecture. The resulting large windows allow for views of the Las Vegas Strip and the Red Rock Mountains.
Millennium Tower is a 60-story, 684 feet (208 m) residential skyscraper in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon completion the luxury high-rise was the third tallest building in Boston. It is currently the fourth tallest building in Boston, built at the site of the former flagship store for Filene's in Downtown Crossing. The property features 442 condos, a Roche Bros. grocery, and Class A office space. Limited occupancy by residents began in July 2016.
Ivana Las Vegas was a proposed 73-floor, 923-foot condominium high-rise, named after Ivana Trump. The project was initially announced in August 2004, as The Summit, and was to be constructed on the 2.17-acre site of the closed Holy Cow Casino and Brewery, located on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Trump became involved with the project in June 2005, when it was renamed.
45 Broad Street is a skyscraper under construction in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York, United States. The building will become Downtown's tallest residential tower.
ÏCE Condominiums at York Centre, or ÏCE Condos, is a complex of two residential high-rises in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Completed in 2014 and 2015, they stand at 664 feet (202 m) and 768 feet (234 m), respectively, with 57 and 67 floors. Together, they are home to more than 1,300 apartments, 700 parking spaces, and 1,000,000 square feet (93,000 m2) of floor area. The taller tower is the 9th tallest building in Toronto and 12th tallest building in Canada.
The Platinum is a 17-story, 255-unit condo hotel located at 211 East Flamingo Road in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip. The project was approved in 2003, and began construction in 2005, as a joint venture between Diversified Real Estate Concepts, Inc. and Marcus Hotels and Resorts. The project was topped out in December 2005, and was opened in October 2006. In 2009, buyers filed lawsuits against Marcus for various allegations; the last of the lawsuits were settled in March 2013.
